The ferry landing is a 5-minute walk away.
The village centre and its shops are 400 metres away.

The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- a 30-square-meter living/dining room with a fireplace,
- a fully equipped kitchen,
- a small TV/game room with a fireplace,
- two bathrooms,
- two separate bathrooms.
On the 1st floor:
- a bedroom above the small living room (2 twin beds 80x190 that can be joined together—access via a ladder),
- a bedroom (bunk beds),
- a bedroom (140x200 double bed) with a toilet and sink,
- a library on the mezzanine.
On the second floor:
- a very large bedroom with a 160x200 bed.
Outside:
- A beautiful garden of approximately 400 m² at the back of the house, fully enclosed and not overlooked, where you can enjoy outdoor furniture on sunny days.
- A second, unfenced garden at the front of the house (across the street), facing due south with a breathtaking view of the sea.

Practical information:
Bed linens (10€ per bed per stay) and towels (10€ per person per stay) are available for rent.
End-of-stay cleaning service available: 100€ per stay. Otherwise, please leave the house as clean as you found it upon arrival!
