Liked: Communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in
We were not impressed with this property due to the cleanliness. There was a very strange smell from the time we walked in that we could not get out, even with all the windows open. The upstairs bed reeked of urine but we were coming back late from hiking and were too tired to try to contact the host to bring new bedding at 11pm, tried to sleep on top of the comforter without a blanket (there was no extra bedding). We also arrived when it was dark and the numbers are not well lit, so we had to walk from door to door with our phone flashlights trying to find it and it took much longer than we anticipated which wasn’t great after a long hiking day.The property did look pretty outside the next morning with the river running through it, but I wouldn’t recommended due to the cleanliness issues. It seems like it may have been nice at one time but hasn’t been well maintained. We couldn’t sleep because the smell was so bad.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
Our goal is to provide every guest with a perfect stay, which is why we always encourage guests to reach out as soon as they experience any issues so we can address them right away. Had we been made aware during your stay, we would have gladly sent someone over to inspect the unit and do everything possible to resolve the concerns.
We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. We will be inspecting the mattress and addressing the odor you described, as well as reviewing the overall cleanliness concerns with our housekeeping team. We will also pass along your comments regarding the exterior lighting and unit numbering to our HOA, as we understand how frustrating it can be to locate your unit after dark.
Thank you again for your feedback. Comments like yours help us identify areas where we can improve, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know. We wish you the best and hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with the experience we strive to deliver.
The location and property is beautiful however we booked for 6 adults and bedding was not provided for the sleeper sofa.

Thank you for the feedback, we are glad you enjoyed your stay. The bedding for the pull out sofa is always in a bag in the closet. If you ever have trouble finding something, please call the office and we will do our very best to help you.
The online description was accurate, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the condo and very helpful staff in the office. The condo is nicely decorated, comfortable and close to RMNP. The sight and sound of the river out back was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again!
Thank you for stopping by to leave a rating and review. We aim to give every guest here the perfect stay from check-in to check-out. I hope you will come and stay with us on your next trip to Estes Park.
Sincerely,
Management
