MAVERICK on the COAST - ROMANTIC WATER EXUBERANCE!

PLEASE NOTE: Starting Sept 20th, 2026 - to the beginning of February, 2027 - NOT on the weekends – there will be construction in the building and periods of loud noise during business hours (Mon – Fri), as the exterior walkways are repaired and resurfaced.

As a result, rates have been reduced. Please connect with us - we will work with you and assist with an additional weekday night stay at no cost (if booking at least two nights) - not a weekend night for free, if the calendar availability allows for it with your dates of travel.

The property was wonderful. Great location right on the beach. We saw dolphins each morning from the balcony. It was a great location for anniversary trip for my wife and I. Would certainly stay again.

This 14th floor condo is beautiful and has an amazing view. It is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The communication was excellent, so checking in was easy. Indoor and outdoor pools and easy beach access.

Lovely condo for a beach getaway! The condo had everything we could need and the amenities of the facility can’t be beat. We loved the beach, pool, hot tubs, arcade room, and coffee shop. Couldn’t recommend any more! The hosts left detailed instructions that proved helpful and I referenced often.

The communication was bad we never had any number to call for any room emergency, the condo was not really clean the couch was dirty and the smell was different but it was okay for what I paid, the view is nice. And it’s safe a lot of securities around.
