Marode Unterkunft in schöner Lage

Die Dusche funktionierte gut, Geschirr ausreichend, um einfache Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Klimaanlage gut. Räume sind feucht, wahrscheinlich durch viele Pflanzen drumherum, was aber die Räume auch kühl hält und schön aussieht. Viele Insekten finden ihren Weg durch das alte Gemäuer in die Räume. Gastgeber war sehr nett und herzlich. Durch die viele Mängel stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Ein altes, leider ungepflegtes Appartment. Defekte, alte und teilweise nicht intakte Einrichtung (z. B. zerbrochene Toilettenbrille, die mit Tesafilm geklebt wurde, und nach Beschwerde mit einem breiteren Band geklebt wurde, schmutzige Fenster, verschmutze Toilette, Staub von längerer Zeit z. B. auf Steckdosen, in Zimmerecken und auf Nachtischlampen, defekte Rollos an der eingangstür, Meines Erachtens für max 4. Personen geeignet. Der 5./6. Schlafplatz wäre auf alten Sofas, die im Eingangsbereich stehen. Die Bezüge auf den Möbeln auf der Terrasse waren schmutzig.

Dobra lokacija u mirnom dijelu Rovinja s vrlo ljubaznim domaćinom. - Apartman je uređen osamdesetih godina i bilo bi vrijeme ga malo ponoviti, no s obzirom na kratkoću boravka u samom apartmanu tijekom dana koje smo tamo proveli nemamo nekih zamjerki.

Il posto è in una buona posizione, vicino al mare e 2km dal centro. Si può fare tranquillamente tutto a piedi. Solo i supermercati sono un po distanti. La struttura è tenuta bene solo un po troppo piena di divani. I letti non sono il top. Ci vorrebbe solo un po più cura dei particolari... sia in casa che nel giardino. Ma tutto sommato ho dato 4 stelle. ..

Gute Lage : Nicht weit zum Meer, Parkplätze und ein Bereich zum Sitzen und Grillen waren auch dabei! Das ist auf jeden Fall sehr gut!! Ein ganz netter Vermieter der immer bei Fragen etc. erreichbar ist. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Aber die Wohnung war für 6 Personen etwas zu klein.. Aber alles andere war perfekt und wir haben es sehr genossen. Wir würden es weiterempfehlen!!!!!
