The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Place towels, wash cloths, dish towels, etc. in hamper in laundry area. I appreciate the effort but unless you need something washed because you need to use it, please do not launder any condo items.
Place all used blankets, throws, pillows, etc. on the bed.
Double check drawers, dryer, etc. to make sure you haven't left anything.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
LUGGAGE CARTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE CONDO. THEY MUST BE UNLOADED FROM THE OUTDOOR HALLWAY. 100.00 EXTRA CLEANING FEE FOR CART MARKS ON THE WALL.
Pool wristbands (provided) must be worn at the pool area. Please leave them on the counter. Parking pass (provided) must be placed in your car.
Garage clearance is 6ft 9in.Limited parking along the front of the building.Police ticket cars parked in spots that prohibit overnight parking.

An amazing space. Great for two but could easily accommodate up to six with two sleeper sofas. Great location. Great access to the condo, beach, pools, sun decks with a cute beach store one site. The condo was super clean and had anything you could possibly need and then some. A rate gem we will use again and again. Host was amazing. You get more than you pay for with this place. Enjoy!

Oh my goodness this place is AMAZING! Donna is the most accommodating host I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We had never been to this area and felt at ease having a spot with direct access to the beach. The condo was large enough for our family of four and allowed us to cook breakfast and lunches with all the kitchen utensils needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We enjoyed at long weekend in Garden City. Condo was clean and comfortable. We loved the view from balcony every morning with our coffee and the evenings with a cocktail. Location was great, easy to get to stores, restaurants etc. Would stay there again.

My friends and I are older ladies and have been lifelong friends. We try to get together at the beach a couple of times a year and have always stayed at Waters Edge. Our stay here was amazing! The condo had everything we needed and then some. Location was also a huge plus as it was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood was great, pool and hot tub were nice, beach was access was steps away! Highly recommend this proper and would return ourselves!
