Spacious and comfortable house for 6 to 8 people depending on the composition of the group (ideal for 2 couples with 3 or 4 children), in a small quiet and picturesque village 7km on the heights of Brive, at the start of many hiking trails. <br>Proximity to beautiful villages to visit Aubazine 7km, Turenne 23km, Collonges la Rouge 25km, Coiroux lake 13km for swimming and horse riding, Causse lake in Lussac-sur-Couze 20km. 30mn -1 hour from many tourist sites of the Lot and Dordogne.<br>Large terrace and many shaded areas around the house, large wooded grounds and private courtyard. Children's swings, bb equipment, ping-pong table, table football. City-park and bowling green in the village.<br>Ground floor: Large living room with fireplace-insert TV, dining room, fitted kitchen, large terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs.1 bedroom with bed 140, 1 extra bedroom with bed 80 or cot. 1 bathroom with shower, bath and changing table, 1 toilet.<br>Upstairs: 1 bedroom with bed 140. 1 children's bedroom with a bed 140, two beds 90 and a cot. 1 shower room, 1 toilet.<br>Basement: large garage used as a secondary kitchen and games room on rainy days.<br><br>Possibility to bring a pet if it stays outside and sleeps in the garage.

Excellente semaine dans cette belle maison .le parc tres bien arbore a permis a nos petits enfants des jeux creatifs. Les jeux mis a notre disposition ont agrémenté notre sejour. Nous étions 7 chacun repart avec un souvenir différent mais reel Nous vous le recommandons..eliane

Une superbe maison

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle maison spacieuse. Le terrain est également très grand et fermé ce qui permet de laisser les enfants jouer en toute sérénité. Je recommande cette location pour des vacances au calme à la campagne.

Sérénité au vert

Une maison « dans son jus » agréable et spacieuse dans un village paisible en pleine campagne « verte ». Promenade et randonnées au pied de la maison et à proximité, visites et très bons restaurants. Un accueil très sympathique et agréable. Je recommande.
