Welcome to this beautiful home located in Lake Marion Golf resort. Featuring 2 big and relaxing community pools one right in the backyard of the home. Both are heated pools. Main clubhouse has pool, gym and pool table. Basketball & tennis courts are a walk away from home. Enjoy Legoland and Peppa Pig Theme Park its 25 min away, 45 min to Disney parks and 15 min to restaurants, supermarkets and shops.

Lovely place

Owner answered all questions timely for me. My phone died when I arrived to enter and before I could even turn to my husband she came over the ring to help me get it. Pool was nice, fishing areas great.

A very friendly neighborhood, a great location, and the house was very clean. The host Shannelle was very accommodating to make sure that our stay was pleasant and we got what we needed to make our stay comfortable. We could not have asked for a more cooperative hostess. Some of the furniture could be upgraded, but it was fine for our stay. We will be returning to Shannelle’s home.👍👍🙏🏼❤️

Good size space for price in a quiet and safe neighborhood

This is a good size space for the rental price. Security gated. We didn’t use amenities as it was a little cool but they looked nice. Townhouse could use some updates but fine if you aren’t picky. Rental manager was very quick to respond.

We take guest feedback seriously, but we also stand by honesty and fairness. This guest unfortunately misrepresented several issues during their stay. They initially claimed the kitchen sink was clogged. After I asked for a photo, it became immediately clear that the sink was simply plugged — not clogged — something easily resolved by lifting the stopper. Next, they claimed there was no toilet paper. We provide four rolls per stay, which is standard. Still, I offered to bring additional rolls without hesitation. Regarding the bathroom door: the lock was functioning before check-in. After the complaint, I offered to inspect and fix it, but that was declined. I later discovered the lock had been jammed — and the number of guests exceeded the reservation. The booking was for two people, but I found seven staying on the property, in direct violation of the agreement. Once I adjusted the reservation to reflect the actual guest count, this person became upset and stated they would be demanding a discount. I take great pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for all my guests. I do not tolerate dishonest behavior or attempts to manipulate the system for unwarranted refunds. I have clear evidence supporting all of the above and will be reporting this behavior to the platform. I strongly believe platforms like VRBO should protect hosts from guests who attempt to exploit the system.

Overall safe, clean place to stay. A few minor cleaning items (missing threshold on carpet/tile interface in kitchen led to pricking foot on carpet tack board, soap dried on floor of master bath). Bedding was clean, internet worked well. Extremely easy check in and check out, and owner was very responsive!

Great stay, fully equipped

The stay was relatively short but very enjoyable. It was during the hurricane but the stay was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Power stayed on, internet worked and the TV stayed on. I would definately recommend this home. Parking was right at the door. The traffic was light and easy to get around. For negatives, the check-in was problomatic. It took a longer than expected and they didn't seem to have their act together. The other distraction were the speed bumps, too many and too close together. None of the negatives have to do with the home itself. Great, comfortable place to stay.

Cleaning of the home was good. Had some problems with ants getting into belongings. Host responded to issue but ants remained problematic. Minimal kitchen supplies available if you plan to cook. No trash bags were available after trash was removed.

Legoland trip

Positives: Shannell easy to contact. Beds in master bedroom and room with twins were very comfortable. Pool was nice and close by. Negatives: Other bedroom had very annoying, crinkly, hot plastic on it. Basic amenities were provided and helpful, but cooking utensils, dishes were very sparse. I was charged for 6 adults and 2 children & not enough towels or wash cloths provided. No storage containers. Only one dishtowel. No colander to drain pasta. Only two teaspoons and 4 bowls. Checking in at Gate was not always easy.

Florida getaway

We enjoyed our stay and we went to see family, tigers game, magic kingdom, and volcano bay. All about an hour drive with traffic, so not terrible. We enjoyed the pools and even saw alligator out behind the pool at the clubhouse. Place is clean and roomy. Check in process was a breeze and communication with host was quick and informative. overall great experience and we would stay again if in area again. Could use a few things such as extra trash bags(we didn't find any but my mom brought me some), serving spoons for kitchen, and fitted sheets for the bed(those of us who toss a lot in sleep fitted sheets make world of difference).

Nice place, great pools!

My husband and I enjoyed our month-long stay here. We had 3 sets of friends visit us. The gated community is nice and walkable with two heated pools, one just outside the back lanai. We loved being able to walk down to Lake Marion and enjoy the sunset. The host was super, always responded to any question or need we had quickly. As for the rental itself, the only real issue was the entry door is difficult to open and close because a section of the concrete had shifted. But it wasn't a huge deal. The beds were very comfortable and tv's were a plus. The living area furniture wasn't the best and could use an upgrade. But given it is a rental that is somewhat to be expected. Overall, a very nice stay!

Great location for a fun get away.

The location is within 30ish minutes from legoland and Disney. It was great to be able to visit server all locations without having to fight traffic. Property was very clean. Towels and toiletries are easy to find. The house was neat and homey.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. King size bed was super comfy. Shannelle was quickly to respond with any concerns. Convienant location to access Legoland FL. We drove to Clearwater, and Tampa, both were not bad drive times.
