Room was ok - cold air did not circulate in bedroom very well, key cards did not work

At least once a day if not more EVERYDAY the key cards did not work and we had to go to the front desk to get new keys. Very aggravating with 2 kids and being on the 12th floor.

The room was clean and roomy. We did not know it would not be well stocked. We only had one dish cloth no can opener no broom etc…. We did not know that we were supposed to ask the staff. The staff I would give a 10! They were so friendly and helpful! The staff made our stay much better!
