Welcome to Aria Place, a bright and inviting 1,700-square-foot Wine Country retreat in Santa Rosa. This thoughtfully furnished 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home sleeps up to six guests and offers an easy blend of comfort, outdoor living and convenient access to Sonoma County wineries.

Whether you are planning a family getaway, a wine-tasting weekend or a relaxing trip with friends, you will have plenty of space to cook, gather and unwind.

THE HOME
The comfortable living room features an oversized sectional and smart TV, creating an inviting space for movies, games and conversation.

The sunlit dining area opens to the backyard, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for morning coffee, casual brunches and memorable Wine Country dinners. The kitchen includes generous counter space and bar seating for three.

This home was in a good location for our trip. The neighborhood seemed safe. The streets are very tight since there are a lot of vehicles parked on the street, so it made it tricky to get around. The home was nice and seemed fully stocked. The bathrooms are small and the towels need updating. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Clean & comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping, restaurants, and airport. Stairwell and master bath need some touch up paint. Overall ok but showed some wear & tear. Pet friendly backyard a big plus, had plenty of outdoor seating variety, but a pretty big gap at the bottom of the gate in the fence had to be blocked to keep my Cavalier King Charles from scooting under. The property has a separate upstairs duplex type tenant that was not disclosed on property details, so it didn't feel as private as a stand alone house rental. A little on the pricey side.
