Great location to stay at if you’re looking to be near a lot of attractions, trails, and city life still. Jennifer was absolutely amazing and was great at responding and helping us out with an item we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend staying with here!

Great Stay!

The property was very convenient for my extended stay in Rapid City. It is a basement room but there was no noise from above. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything that I needed. Parking is great! It's off the street right by the house.

BEWARE

Host was condescending, insensitive, & rude. In addition she commented about our state as having a high crime rate. I’m still scratching my head regarding that comment! I have never experienced this kind of behavior before. Being a host of a vacation rental myself I’m lost for words!

You never stayed here what on earth are talking about. You screamed at me for you not canceling your own reservation. Proceed with how rich you were and acted like a spoiled baby who doest take care of his own things. As a host you also yelled at the vrbo rep and said this is why you don't use their site anymore.

Not Happy With This Property

This property was clean and the property manager was very responsive. The property was hard to get into and located on a busy street. It is a downstairs apartment and we could hear the upstairs tenants. The key pad on the property door wasn't working. So we didn't feel that our belongings were safe. The price that we paid was not worth it. Warm showers and an awkward bathroom. We would not recommend this place to future guests.
