Great location

This condo has been updated and is nicely decorated. It is within walking distance to the beach, pool, and tennis courts. It is a short bike ride to the Catholic Church, the hair dresser and a small market.

Cozy Condo

I enjoy the layout of these two bedrooms with a “hall” bathroom that is convenient for the renters and visitors. This unit has a comfortable love seat and couch in a nice configuration with the tv. The recent upgrade to Direct TV is very positive as is the Roku TV. One upgrade that is necessary is a garbage disposal. Two messy and fraught with potential clogs without it.

Good overall . The location was good for my needs. I spoke with the manager to address a few things that she said would be taken care of including a large bug and cleaning issues. Would rebook in the future

Clean and Great Location

We very much enjoyed this condo overall. We had 2 adults couples, and it was a bit difficult for us all to stay there comfortably. The master is spacious and quiet, but the front bedroom bed is smaller and is very bright/noisy at night. This would be a better condo for 2 adults and children. But again, overall it was great. The location was perfect for us, as we enjoy the south end of NSB and state park. The unit was very clean, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

Internet reception unit 203

Although the unit has WiFi the reception is sporadic. Sometimes great and sometimes non existent. Phone service is the same. No land lines in the condo.

Lovely Unit

Over the last 15 years we've stayed in four different Sea Woods condos and this one is our favorite. The decor is beautifully beachy with an emphasis on birds and the furniture is very comfortable. The kitchen is upgraded nicely but where's the garbage disposal? The screened in porch is fine but the chairs are rusty. An outstanding part of our stay this year was a water heater failure which partially flooded the unit. The Sentry Management response was truly outstanding with the water cleaned up and a new hot water heater installed the same day - and it was a Sunday! We will be back next year.

The rugs definitely need

The rugs definitely need to be cleaned. The kitchen pots and pans and utensils should probably be replaced. The blender works on only certain speeds. My husband suggests the air filters should be checked and/or changed. The unit itself is very quiet and comfortable. Sentry Management is very good to work with, should something need tending to.

This is a clean tastefully decorated condo. The master bedroom has a comfortable bed and good storage. Both bathrooms are fine. The outside of the condo needs updating and care. The view from all condo windows is trees. We did not use but saw the pool, tennis courts, shuffle board courts and inside common area. They looked very nice. The area has lots of trees and shade. There is a walkway to the beach right next to this condo and a board walk and stairs to the beach. The walking is not on level surfaces.

Sea woods condo review

There were pros and cons to this unit. Pro: location perfect, unit directly across from beach walkway, beach very nice there. Unit comfortable enough, had all the needed dishes, pans etc. Con: small dark patio, not inviting. Entire unit was dark, not a lot of natural light. Some windows broken, held together with packing tape. Other windows so dirty, can barely see out. Dryer vent directly over entrance door, so could not have door open when drying. Sofas in bad shape, sink into them. Small bike rack, not enough room for all the bikes. Had to find trees or railings to lock up bikes. Neighbors were very nice and friendly, area very pretty with the walking paths and tree canopies. Cleaning crew did not clean microwave, the shelves in dining/living room had not been dusted In quite some time, along with the ceiling fan blades. Charging $150 cleaning fee, I would expect a deeper clean being done, I.e. lamps, lamp bulbs, etc.

Comfortable Condo

My wife, son and I stayed here for a week and enjoyed it. The condo had everything we needed and was in a great location. We enjoy Sea Woods and would be happy to stay here again
