Petit appartement fonctionnel et trĂšs bien situĂ©. Les 50 marches Ă  l'arrivĂ©e sont un peu hard mais pour le reste du sĂ©jour ça permet de s'Ă©chauffer avant le ski ou une randonnĂ©e. IdĂ©al pour un couple ou avec 1 enfant. J'ai entendu les voisins du dessus mais ça ne m'a pas empĂȘchĂ© de dormir.

Appartement bien situĂ© en centre-ville et clair.Mais Ă  ne sĂ©lectionner que:‱si l’on est prĂȘt Ă  faire 2 heures de mĂ©nage Ă  son arrivĂ©e (quand son prĂ©dĂ©cesseur s’en est dispensĂ© ) ; ‱si l’on n’est pas trop regardant sur les rĂšgles de construction ; ‱Si l’on est n’a rien contre les odeurs de cuisine d’un restaurant (extracteur d’air situĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ© de la fenĂȘtre du sĂ©jour, lĂ©gĂšrement en contrebas). Enfin, mieux vaut tomber sur des voisins trĂšs discrets, car le bĂątiment – ancien et vĂ©tuste - est particuliĂšrement sonore, par les planchers comme par les murs.

Immeuble que l'on trouve plus facilement Ă  pieds qu'en voiture. Il faudrait peut ĂȘtre rajouter une photo de la devanture. Espaces communs peu convivial et reflĂšte pas la propretĂ© . En revanche, l'appartement qui est au 2 Ăšme Ă©tage sans ascenseur est trĂšs agrĂ©able et fonctionnel. Emplacement au centre de la ville.

Appartement trÚs bien situé au centre du Mont Dore, supérette et boulangerie juste en dessous. Parking payant à proximité. L'appartement est resté assez frais, malgré les fortes chaleur extérieures. Nous avons profité des montagnes et des lacs, randonnées et baignades. La ville du Mont Dore est trÚs animée et agréable.

TrÚs bon séjour, le logement est trÚs bien situé au centre du Mont Dore, bien équipé, vaisselle suffisante. Et assez spacieux pour 2. La communication avec l'hÎte, trÚs bien et la procédure d'arrivée parfaite. Seul bémol l'insonorisation, on entend bien les voisins. En dehors de ce petit point négatif, nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le logement et dans la région.

ne louez pas ce logement

Le digicode avait changé au 3eme jour et nous ne pouvions pas rentrer, heureusement que nous sommes revenus ds l'aprÚs midi car le soir nous pouvions contacter personne. le propriÚtaire semblait etre étonné... la propreté trÚs moyenne des poils de chiens partout, sous le plateau du micro onde il restait du riz; quand à la tete de traversin elle était dégueulase, photos à l'appui. trop déçu.

TrÚs bon séjour. L'appartement est propre et idealement situé. L'isolation phonique n'est pas trÚs bonne en effet et l'immeuble est en mauvaise état. Cependant, le rapport qualité prix reste convenable.
