There couldn’t be a better place to stay for people visiting the area. You walk out of the property and you’re on Main Street. It was clean and had all the thoughtful amenities you could need. They had a board game we played and a ton of brochures and recommendations for things in the area. The check in and check out process were seamless and easy and they even told us of events happening in the area. 10/10 experience!

We just returned from a weekend getaway to Cottonwood. The property exceeded expectations in every way. It was very spacious and everything was like new. It is steps from everything in historic Cottonwood. We met the hosts one morning when they were working on one of the vacant units. Patty and Michael are amazing hosts who take great pride in their property. This is the place to stay in Cottonwood. We will definitely be back!

This unit was everything and more on what we expected for this stay. Unit was very clean and compfortable! Location was perfect!! Close to everything in old town Cottonwood. It is upstairs, so, if any mobility issues, this may be a problem. Host was very responsive and helpful. The town decided to shut off electricity for a couple of hours in the evening and the host contacted us to let us know what was going on. A little inconvenient, but did not hampered the rest of our stay and was not the fault of the owner. The only negative, was the competing music between the wine tasting music and bar music playing at the same time that could be heard in the unit due to the location. Not only was it a Friday night, but a holiday weekend as well. The positive was they stopped playing around 10:00 pm. Regardless, we will definitely look to stay here again and will definitely recommend.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the cleanliness, comfort, and unbeatable walkable location in Old Town Cottonwood. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the APS scheduled power outage from 10pm to midnight that evening. Holiday weekends can definitely bring a little extra energy downtown, but we’re happy to hear it did not take away from your overall experience. We truly appreciate the recommendation and would love to host you again on your next visit!
