REMODELED Beautiful Condo, steps to the beach & overlooking pool!!!

Sterling Shores is a fantastic vacation destination next to The Back Porch (Yummy food) and central to all of Destin's activities.

2 BR/2 BA Newly Remodeled 2nd floor condominium featuring coastal blues & decor with pops of natural colors. Tile flooring throughout. Washer and dryer in unit. Master BR has a king bed with AMAZING views, master bath, & jacuzzi tub. Queen bed in 2nd BR with bathroom attached. Queen foldout sofa in living room with SUPER comfy NEW memory foam mattress.

Huge Polynesian pool + a second heated pool next to sand dunes and beach bar. BOTH POOLS and BEACH have food and drink service onsite, in addition to the beach bar at The Back Porch. 4 beach chairs provided. Another option is an Umbrella/chair service managed privately for rental. Also provided are ample beach towels for your convenience. Exercise facility and theater for movie night available onsite. (some amenities may not be available due to COVID)

You will find everyday household products such as hand, laundry, dish, and bath soaps, and paper products. While the kitchen is fully furnished with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and blender to name a few, many basics such as salt/pepper, foil or plastic wrap & non-stick spray are provided as well.

Sterling Shores is a fun, family-friendly, gated community with 24 hour security guard, convenient parking also onsite. Covered awning and carts to load and unload. Unit is conveniently located straight across the from the west elevator. Covered community gas grills are provided poolside.

Family Vacation - June 2025

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Sterling Shores. The condo was clean, aesthetically appealing, and convenient to the beach and The Back Porch Seafood Restaurant. The two pool areas were nice and great for families. It is also conveniently located on Hwy 98 close to lots of other favorite attractions/restaurants/shopping. The unit owner was hospitable and accessible. Communication was never an issue. Destin is one of our favorite beach vacation spots and this vacation reinforced why we choose to go back to Destin year-after-year!

Home away from Home

This has to be the most well-stocked beach condo I've stayed in and I've stayed in a lot of different condos up and down the Gulf coast. I could return to this place tomorrow and only need food, drinks and clothes. Even the pull out couch was comfortable for my son and that is RARE. The huge balcony overlooks the pool which we loved. There's also a smaller pool across the street that seemed like a hidden oasis with a much small crowd. Mandy was amazing to communicate with and so responsive. Truly a gem of a place! I would give 10 stars if it was an option!

We are sorry you did not find our condo decorations to your liking as so many did before this stay. We do our research when it comes to pricing, and we actually have the same pricing we used last year, despite crazy operating cost increases, but let's face it, Destin isn't for everyone.

Would definitely stay again

We couldn't get the washer to work, but that could have been operator error. The dryer made a loud banging noise. I let Mandy know about those two things so she can hopefully get them fixed. Other than that, everything else was GREAT!

We greatly appreciated you letting us know your issues with the washer & dryer. We did have to have a part replaced in the dryer, works perfectly now!! The washer is brand new and is working fine...sorry you had issues with them during your stay and hope that will not deter you from staying with us again!!!

Nice unit

Mandy has this unit well stocked with small kitchen appliances, beach toys, chairs and an umbrella. I also noticed board games and books. We have stayed in this condo several times. This unit it’s on the 2nd floor and you only get a glimpse of the ocean, but a good view of part of the pool. Rather than use her beach set up, we rented chairs because technically all private setups are regulated behind the rentals. Mandy is quick to answer her messages! We had a very nice stay!!!

Perfect condo for a couples getaway.

We shared this condo with some dear friends as a Post-COVID vaccination celebration. The condo is spacious and has a good floor plan. It has everything we needed and is well-organized. The balcony is huge with a nice view of the palm trees and lagoon pool. There is also a “peek” of the Gulf. We loved that there is an excellent beachfront restaurant (The Back Porch) associated with the property...and you don’t even need to get in your car! In addition to the lagoon pool, there is a second pool right next to to beach and little outdoor bar. Everything was well-maintained and beautiful. The only suggestion I have for the hosts is to compile a book of restaurant recommendations/menus and things to do in the area. There are so many options in the Destin area, it would be great to have some insider suggestions!😃

Wonderful condo

This condo had it all. We were thankful the condo had beach chairs umbrella and sand toys. It meant less for us to travel with. The condo was fully stocked with kitchen stuff and enough towels for the multiple showers we needed. The beds were decent with extra blankets and pillows.. The only downside was the beach is set up with their chairs and umbrella to rent ($50 per day) so you can't set your stuff up in front by water. We were able to walk one condo over to public beach access and be right on water. But get there early and set up it fills up fast. The back porch restaurant was convient but has 30 min wait. So be prepared to eat dinner early or just wait a while. The pool was perfect especially with smaller kids the beach walk in is a perk. They do offer ice on site you just have to pay saves a trip to store. Our friends stayed in the PH03 of same complex and the only thing they had over us was the view of ocean. Our room was nicer and had more accommodations.

Beach Vacay

This was our families first trip in 4 years, and I am so glad that we chose to stay in this condo at Sterling Shores! It was just a walk to the beach and to our favorite seafood place - The Back Porch. The condo was the perfect size for our family. We loved having laundry in the room - super awesome. It was like coming home after a day out. Loved it!!

Great condo in perfect location!

We enjoyed our week stay for baseball at this condo so much. The condo was in a perfect location on the beach. The pools were so nice and the beach access was so convenient. Our favorite meal the whole week was at the Back Porch..so delicious and steps away from the condo.

Enjoyed our stay

Place was great overall. Condo was clean and there was plenty of room for all 7 of us. Walk to beach was not far. Only complaint would be that the beach chair & umbrella service was booked up when we got there for the whole week and closest available was the 3rd row. However Henderson beach is a very short drive or you could even walk but we had too much stuff to walk. We were able to set up right in front of the water. We brought our own umbrella and a few chairs and Mandy also had some available for use as well. We had a great time.
