A delightful stay. The house is beautifully laid out for a three generation family. with comfortable grannie annex at ground floor. Nearby beach was a great success for the beginners surfing and lovely walking all around. Thankyou for an excellent stay. We hold a wonderful memory of it all.

Our group of nine, including two sets of grandparents and a family of five, enjoyed our week-long stay at this home. The weather was rather rainy and windy for most of our stay, but we still enjoyed walks to the beach, market days in a couple of nearby towns, and game nights around the table in the great room. The children were in the pool three times a day, and there were occasional hot tub ventures as well. Arnaud was a very kind, responsible, and helpful host. One of our group members was a French speaker, which was helpful in communicating with him. The house was comfortable and clean. If there was any challenge, it had to do with the great room's sound--some of us older folks had difficulty hearing due to the reverberations of a big, open space with little to no sound cushioning. We heartily recommend this place.

Half term week

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Ty Billou. As well as being great for the kids who loved the pool, hot tub and garden, the layout made it very relaxing for us as well as it is easy to keep an eye on everyone. The location is great and the trip included a very easy journey to Brest to the aquarium as well as numerous empty local beaches. Must also say how friendly and helpful the locals are especially in the Santec supermarket. Arnaud and Marie were also great. One minor comment is some literature/maps of the area in the house would be useful/interesting but the flip side is Arnaud is always happy to help and guide.

Villa Ty Billou

We stayed for a week during school half term and it was perfect, all the rooms were clean, big and had shutter blinds that kept the sun out. The villa had a downstairs bedroom with shower and downstairs toilet which was great for our elderly in-laws. The kitchen had all the appliances you could need including a wine cooler. The indoor swimming pool was a good size and was at a good temperature, the outdoor hot tub was an added bonus. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It was a 5 minute walk to the first beach and then an additional 10 minute walk to a second beach where there is restaurants and coffee shop. I would highly recommend this villa, it is high spec and perfect location for exploring

We stayed at villa Ty Billou, in September 2025, which was a very palatial & a comfortable villa, which can accommodate up to 12 people.The swimming pool was a real bonus, also the spa jacuzzi on the decking was great. The kitchen has all the equipment, that you could ever want or need.The area is very interesting steeped in history, with every town & village having a beautiful church, if that's what interests you, we did visit a couple of Chateau's too. The beaches are everywhere, in fact there is Billou beach within easy walking distance... Beaches are every where, with some with long stretches of golden sand. As we stayed for 2 weeks, our hosts changed our bedding, mid way through our stay... which was of good quality 100% white cotton. Also the towels were white fluffy & plentiful.Arnaud was very responsive and helpful answering all our questions.The hosts Marie & Arnaud are a charming couple & nothing was too much trouble. If you are concerned about language problems, there was no issue, as Marie & Arnaud speak, obviously French, English & Spanish.So we both would thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here. In fact we have already passed the details on to a couple, who live in our village.Chris & Terri, Devon.

La maison est superlatifs !

Excellente semaine à SANTEC dans une maison de rêve. Tout est conçu pour se retrouver sans se déranger. Cette maison est à la fois conviviale, chaleureuse et très bien équipée. Nous remercions Arnaud pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. Il est très sympathique. La maison a répondu à toutes nos attentes: propreté impeccable, linge de maison très propre. Les beaux volumes permettent d’accueillir une grande famille sans être les uns sur les autres. Décoration moderne et soignée. Quartier calme proche des commodités. Maison au top, très fonctionnelle et assez grand pour accueillir toute la famille (12 personnes). Les enfants étaient ravis pour la piscine et l espace vert (gazon synthétique) pour nous préparer des spectacles tous les soirs ☺️

Villa tout confort proche de la mer

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour dans cette villa très bien équipée. La piscine intérieure et le SPA ont été très utilisés au vu de la météo très capricieuse et sont parfaits pour des vacances avec des ados. La proximité de la mer est également très appréciable. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et très à l'écoute. Bref a refaire avec plus de soleil !

agréable séjour

une semaine agréable dans une villa moderne ou tout est fait pour passer de bons moments en famille (5 adultes et 6 enfants de 8 à 12 ans ) avec la piscine et le jacuzzi. Une belle terrasse ou tout est prévu (grande table, beau salon de jardin) avec un extérieur en gazon synthétique. Un plus une literie impeccable .Vraiment une villa à conseiller pour passer un bon moment en bord de mer (300m)

Agréable séjour en famille

Location au top. Une maison comme on en rêve... Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. 3 salles d'eau pratiques de par leur douche à l'italienne et leur double vasque, sans compter la douche de la piscine. La cuisine est très bien équipée, on ne manque de rien. Le petit plus, la cave a vin et le barbecue Weber. Les enfants ont adorés faire un plongeon tous les jours dans la piscine et les adultes se prélasser sur la terrasse ou dans le jacuzzi. La mer et ses belles belles plages de sable sont à quelques minutes à pieds, un plaisir pour les yeux comme pour la détente. Merci aux gérants pour leur accueil et leur sympathie. On reviendra sûrement 😉
