About this property

Beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home on a tranquil lot located near all that the Town of Barnstable has to offer! Just a short bike ride to famous Craigsville Beach (1.3 miles) or a quick drive to Main Street Hyannis. This home boasts beautiful outdoor space abutting conservation land—with a stone patio, a grill and comfortable dining area, and a large outdoor fireplace. Perfect for everything from morning coffee to evening smores and stargazing.

The light-filled interior features an updated kitchen with an open dining and living area. Completing the first floor is a den with sofa bed, a full bath, and a W/D. The second floor contains a master bedroom with full bed (and an additional twin-sized mattress in the window bay), a second bedroom with full bed, and a third bedroom with 2 twin beds. Also upstairs is a full bath and well-stocked linen closet.

For the beach, the listing includes a beach parking pass (for all beaches in Barnstable), chairs, and towels. Back at the house, there is has an outdoor shower, central A/C and ceiling fans, and 4 smart TVs.

An easy day trip via ferry to the Islands. Or simply enjoy the beach … and the house!

Great family fun

We had a great family vacation experience at this home. We are a family of 4 with young children (4yrs and 1yrs) plus our pup a lazy english bulldog. The house was immaculately clean upon arrival and was well stocked with all the things a family would need for a vacation rental (kitchen utensils, towels, washer/dryer, board games, tv, etc). The property manager, Shaelyn, was outstanding. She welcomed us upon arrival and made her self available for any questions we had about the property and shared many local recommendations. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely visit again.
