Beachfront corner unit with breathtaking ocean views!


Welcome to our paradise home! Our corner unit offers spectacular views, directly on the beach where you can see for miles. Nautical Watch is a unique three floor low-rise building, low density area. The unit is on the top floor with open balcony.

This is a rare two-floor, three bedroom unit. The first floor has large family room, big screen TV, wet bar, adjacent to open kitchen. Being avid chefs, we have stocked the kitchen with anything you may need to prepare a gourmet meal. There is in-unit washer/dryer and we also added a small desk with two large monitors for those that need to work remotely..

The second floor boasts windows facing beach, it has queen bed, big screen TV, full bath. There is adjacent room with full bed and TV suitable for children. It is decorated in an underwater seaworld theme and kids love it!

It should be noted, there is no elevator. Due to the low rise, you are able to go to and from the beach without hindrance, no long wait for the elevator and trying to pack it in all at once. If you forget anything, you are just a few steps from your unit. Nautical Watch has private entry to beach with gated key code.

The pool is nestled in the complex with loungers, tables, chairs and four BBQs. You can grill, enjoy the pool, eat/drink outside in our oasis. The pool is heated from December - February.

Parking is also very convenient, park directly by your entryway steps, no hauling across a large parking lot or garage.

We hope that you will enjoy staying in our unit and that it feels like home, convenient with all the amenities you need to relax. You will not forget the serenity of seeing the ocean and unobstructed view of the sunset, it is truly stunning and it offers a calm and reset that is immeasurable.

Relaxing

Location is excellent. The property is on the third floor with no elevator so I wouldn’t recommend it to elderly or anyone with knee/leg issues. It’s pretty small but we weren’t there to stay in the room anyway. It’s advertised as a 3 bedroom which is misleading. It’s a 2 bedroom with an extra mattress in a closet space. New property management is supposed to be updating the description. The balcony is awesome for listening to the waves and watching the water

Listing Deceiving

The entrance to the room was on the third floor, this was not stated in the listing that was posted when I booked in February. It has since been added. The picture of the exterior entrance to room didn’t give any indication of having to climb 33 steps from parking lot to get there. Due to a knee surgery of one occupant and sciatic nerve and hip problems of another they wasn’t able to make the climb multiple times a day. The deck furniture appeared pristine in the photos and it rested on a beautiful rug. In reality the furniture was old and broken and rested on a ripped up piece of filthy cloth. The lounge chair was covered with ripped cushions. The third bedroom would be better described as an aquarium painted storage area with a mattress in the floor. The access to second floor bedroom that appears to be a circular stairway to the upstairs is extremely narrow, hardly any slope, very difficult to get luggage up or down. The photographs posted for this listing are from years ago as they are the same photographs from the last sale of the property. Overall, the listing is deceiving. I called owner after first night to inform her we had left condo due to steps. She was kind, said she would ask management co. for partial refund, which must have denied request. It appears we lost $3000, as well as the cost of renting a nice condo in a different location. We wasn’t going to spend our vacation in those conditions. Beautiful views were accurately described.
