Beautifully updated and welcoming home ready for college game fans and families! The home features 2 large living areas, 3 bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. You're a step away from the Cascades Golf Course and only 2.4 miles to Indiana University Memorial Stadium.

There are three good sized bedrooms, one with a futon to sleep additional guests and another with a desk for remote work. There are also two living areas for families to spread out and enjoy the home. A large yard with a welcoming back patio with plenty of seating will be great for evening cocktails.

Btown Gem

This was an amazing house with a great location to IU Bloomington. Close to the local downtown area, college campus and local grocery stores and restaurants. The house was very well kept and has tons of room for a large family. If the opportunity presents itself, we will be staying here again. Can't say enough about the property and its location.

Eclipse Site

Our primary purpose was to watch the solor eclipse. The weather was perfect. And so we're our surroundings. Very comfortable home, quiet, lovely neighborhood, great neighbors. Beautiful IU Campus and nice downtown area.
