Enjoyed our stay. Location is near everything: nightlife, coffee shops, bakeries etc. Loved that it was in a gated community. Enjoyed walks around the neighborhood and on the beach.

Great location, super close to the beach!

We stayed here one night to be closer to the airport for our return flight, and it was a wonderful experience. The pool was wonderful. Great pizza place nearby. And the beach was gorggggg. Great pit spot for one night.

Hector and his wife were extremely pleasant to work with. Their property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Location was great! Just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The property was extremely clean. Getting in and out of the gated community can be a bit trying if you depend on transportation but overall not a huge problem. Would book again!

This home is in a great location! One block from the beach, close to the nightlife in, and close to the airport. The home itself is beautiful, cozy, and the private parking was great. We had a little issue with the keys, but it was easy to get in touch with the home owner and they helped resolve the issue over the phone. One thing to note is that this home is in a gated community, so if you are trying to Uber in the evening, you need to let them know to go through the main gate. With that noted, this was the perfect stay for my quick stay in San Juan.

Beautiful house that’s well equipped.

Loved the gated community and access to beach gear so we didn’t have to bring so much. Hector was very responsive and helpful when we had the air conditioning go out.

Great home away from home!

Property was very clean. Special features were a driveway & washer/dryer. Peoperty can fit about 4-5 (2 couples plus one) comfortably. Great location; literally a block away from the ocean. Also nearby restaurants & old San Juan. Owners were easy to contact & friendly. Definitely would recommend staying as an city option in PR.

Perfect and Safe Getaway

I booked this trip to celebrate my anniversary with my love and we invited our two friends. The apartment was perfect for 4 adults. We arrived early and they let us check in as soon as the place was ready which we really appreciated.The location is amazing and most importantly SAFE! A view of the ocean was across the street and the beach was not even a block away. Perfect location to walk to some spots for food such as Kasalta and a few other breakfast spots. There’s also a small convenient store on the corner of the neighborhood that was really useful. Everything we wanted to see was less than 15 minutes away. We will definitely be coming back but using a rental car. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. There is security that patrols throughout the night and gates around the community. Beautiful homes all around and friendly locals. The Haven felt just like home! It was hard to leave. The beds were comfy and the ambiance of the apartment was modern. Perfect place to stay for a while or just sleep in while discovering beautiful Puerto Rico. Property owners were easily accessible if needed, but also gave us our privacy. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!

What you see on line is what you get, including a small sofa that can only seat 2 persons. Other than that the apartment was very nice. Was disappointed that while in a beach community there were no beach chairs available to guests for use nor any on beach to rent. More important to me was the lack of any lists of recommended local restaurants or supermarkets or anything. While Im sure they expect the guest to search online I would have preferred a more personal touch. In fact, relying on the internet only led us to a closed restaurant. Felt more like a business rental. But for that, I would have given the highest rating.

Beautiful!

The property was just as the pictures, check in process was easy simple and contactless. We arrived at night and had a hassle free check in. The property is very spacious good for 4 people. The beach is literally at the corner if you wanna see a nice view or take pictures. The property is beautiful and is in a secured gated community which all our Uber drivers told us was considered a wealthy neighborhood. The property owners were nice and helpful and they didn’t bother us they allowed us to enjoy our stay. Overall I would say the place was great and when I visit again I will be looking to stay here. WiFi and roku tv included with all channels, dishes and pots to cook with the grocery store is 5 minutes from this place and all the activities such as jet skis and horseback riding dinner and bars and clubs are local to this unit approximately 7-10 minutes away. We love it thank you for allowing us to stay.
