Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo unit in the Destin West Beach and Bay resort with breathtaking views of the bay and overlooking the lazy river, pool and hot tubs. Destin West is a premier resort with buildings on the gulf and bay sides. All guests have access to the beach, large pool, hot tub and well equipped fitness center on the beach side (by way of an elevated walkway) and the lazy river, pool, hot tubs, outdoor grilling area and dock for fishing.

It has been a lifelong dream of mine to own a place at the beach. In 2020 and 2021 my wife Linda and I were able to purchase two dream homes. We plan to enjoy these amazing properties as much as possible. When we are not using them, we want you and your family to be able to enjoy this wonderful area. We don't want to be just the normal short term rental company, we want to provide a first class experience for our guests in every way!
Why they chose this property
The view, spaciousness and amenities. While most people focus on the gulfside, which has such great access to the beach, we love the bay side just as much. With the lazy river I personally could float around in all day, the hot tubs and pools. What really drew us to this particular unit, was the view. You can lay in the master bedroom and look out over the bay, dock and pools. We also loved the size of the unit, with 3 bedrooms and a full size laundry room.
