This 1 1/2 bedroom 1 bath home sits on a large lot in the coveted Encinitas Highlands area in a tropical setting with multiple water features, courtyards and gardens to enjoy. Also includes pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, cabana, bbq, firepit, organic vegetable garden, washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, oven, internet/wifi and cable/tv. The gated property has a separate entrance and is ideal for 1-2 people.
