Sun Princess is a short 8 minute walk to the beach or you can park your car at the convenient public parking access that's only .4 miles from the house.
Covered parking for 3 vehicles.
The deck is large enough to enjoy dining at the 6 ft. picnic tables or just enjoying the great weather.
Very secure location as well as video surveillance via the exterior cameras located in carport.
The Sun Princess has its own huge pool with gated entrances. The pool is non heated and is approximately four and a half feet deep. It will be shared by guests on side A when only renting one side.
