-Maximum 3 vehicles can park on the driveway. Extra vehicle can park down the street in front of empty lot.
-Golf carts are allowed and can be rented from local companies who will deliver and pickup.

Lovely property!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was thoroughly stocked. Would recommend renting a golf cart for going to the beach.

Quaint and Quiet Beach Getaway

This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Quick and easy to get to the beach and pool, especially with a golf cart. The listing was accurate. Comfortable beds, nice linens, and well equipped kitchen.

Perfect for Spring Break group

Stayed here with one adult and seven teenagers for Spring Break. The house was perfect for our group and we grilled every night. The kitchen was well-stocked. Easy walk to the beach with a rolling cart.

A great space in Blue Mountain

I had a great stay in Blue Mountain. The house is in a great location and an easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were comfy! I had a little excitement with the fire alarm that did not like the steam from the downstairs shower, but the property manager quickly resolved the issue, so it was not a huge deal! Would stay there again!

Lovely little house

The beach is a golf cart ride or bike ride away! Not overly congested, and the pool is a very short walk away and good size. Great seating for everyone inside the house with a large couch. Rooms were good size with a lot of storage space. Parking more than 2 cars was a little tricky, but we made it work. The guys couldn’t stop talking about how great of a grill this house had! We would defy stay here again!

Great beach house for families

We loved this house and would definitely stay here again! We had 10 people total, for a big family vacation, and had plenty of room. The house is so nice and spacious. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was awesome for cooking, with everything you need to cook, and great quality too. The beds are super comfy, big closets and very nice bathrooms. The location was also great. We usually stay in Seacrest, on the other end of 30a, but I think we'll be back to Blue Mountain beach. It's just a little more chill! And great restaurants to choose from. The beach is a 10 minute walk. We loaded all our stuff in a car and parked at the public access lot if we could find a space, but also enjoyed the short bike ride to the beach as well. Could also bike to get ice cream, donuts, to a few close restaurants and a little farther to Grayton beach. I highly recommend the house. We had a great vacation!

The house was perfect! We had 10 girls sleeping comfortably! Was just a short walk to the beach. Bring a beach wagon to tote coolers etc. It was a whole vibe, not a half vibe!

We love to travel and been to many places for pleasure and work, but we still love living in CA cause we have the best weather year round and we can head to the mountains to ski in the morning and hit the beach for a nice sunset on the same day. My kids love the beach and we have 2 vacation rental in Santa Rosa Beach, FL and one in Oceanside, CA. We also love to hike and ski and have a vacation rental in Big Bear Lake, CA and Flagstaff, AZ. I'm very responsive and prefer text and email.

Why they chose this property

Blue Gulf Paradise is located in Blue Mountain Beach, along Florida state route 30-A between San Destin to the west and Grayton Beach, Watercolor and Seaside to the east. It is on the west side of 30A which is less crowded and less traffic compared to Seaside and central 30A during the peak seasons, but still have the same beach, a lot of good restaurants and shops nearby.

Kingfish street is tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood with permanent residents and no traffic so kids can easily ride bike around the streets.
