This modern beach villa is walking distance to St Augustine's beautiful beaches.  Added bonus of walking distance to the beach(0.7 mi) and the intracoastal waters(0.25 mi), this property has a lot to offer with 2 bedrooms to sleep 5, a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, and a peaceful outdoor space looking out onto the infamous Florida preserves. This great outdoor space includes a private large screened in covered back patio where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee lounging with the sounds of the Florida birds or soak in the hottub in the evening. It also has a nice shared subtropical yard with a small pond, a firepit and seating, a yard to play, and a hammock to relax in.  The property has stone walking paths, is just a quarter of a mile to the intracostal which is great for fishing and boating, and is just over a half of mile walk, bike or drive to the beautiful blue water beach. Plus it is located near to Ocean Hammock park which is a great place to explore Florida nature or to enjoy the nice boardwalk to the beach. Just 10 minutes from the historical district of St Augustine where you can tour the history, eat and shop. Check out the Castillo de San Marcos fort, the Fountain of Youth, St Augustine's  150 year old working lighthouse, or zipline across the alligator zoo.

Enjoy your time out exploring the historic coastline, touring the oldest city in America, or enjoy an evening at the beach cottage watching movies, playing board games and puzzles, roasting marshmallows at the firepit, or relax under the stars. This beach house cottage offers a place to enjoy the Florida sun all year round.

In response to the coronavirus, we have taken additional measures developed with recommendations from global and local public health authorities (including the WHO and CDC) to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous. We also provide added security to this safe monitored neighborhood while maintaining your privacy.

Beautiful beach place. Everything was clean and the home had everything we needed. Check in was easy, plenty of parking, and good communication from the host. The home had a lot of extras like a snack basket, coffee and tea pods, beach chairs and toys, sporting equipment, soft plush towels, and very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the hottub and sitting out by the fire pit. The next morning we walked to the beach. St Augustine Beach was absolutely beautiful.

Beautiful beach house with a nice patio and outdoor area. Very clean with comfortable beds. Nice big dining area and sofa. We loved using the hot tub and grill. The location is perfect for exploring the beach and st Augustine attractions. We walked to the beach and lunch place. We enjoyed exploring St George Street and the fort.Check in and check out was easy. We will book again when we come back in November.

Fully stocked with everything you would need during your stay. The outside is a bit more declined than in the photos but still comfortable and easily accessible to walk to the beach. Very relaxing area!

After unusual freezing temps into our Florida spring time this year, some of our beautiful subtropical plants froze and are taking their time to grow back. Beautiful florida place! Was very clean, beds were comfortable, hot tub was amazing, large screened in area that we used nonstop. We loved walking to the beach in the morning, had brunch at a Restaurant close by and we grilled dinner on the patio. Location was perfect and so were the amenities. We had a very romantic stay!

The first problem was that the front door lock did not function despite several attempts. Apparently the battery was low!! When I attempted to contact the owner, VRBO did not seem to be able to reach her and my messages were not answered. Eventually, I tried the Back Door lock, which did work and that is how my wife and I eventually accessed the property. We have never had this kind of problem in our considerable other VRBO experiences. Also, despite our efforts to use the ice maker, it did not function. Other than this, the property was clean, well situated and comfortable and we were otherwise pleased. NOTE; I tried several times during the week to use the front door, which continued to fail to work and gave the message "The battery is low." We continued to use the back door only.

Thank you for your feedback. We hate that you had any issues operating the ice maker and lock. We are always available to walk our guest through how to operate any smart functions or appliances but we did not receive any messages from you. Our villa is designed with two parking spots down the driveway in the back of the villa and our welcome email does encourage all guests to use the back door for convenience to the parking area. Our maintenance did go out after seeing your review and had no issue with the front door lock, however he did as a precaution change the front door lock batteries since you reported an issue. We are glad that you did overall enjoy your stay, the clean comfortable villa, and the close proximity to beach.

Perfect Location!

We loved our stay at this home in St. Augustine! It was the perfect distance from everything we wanted to do and usually within 30 minutes travel time. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after walking all day. We would absolutely stay here again!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The beachy decor throughout the house created such a relaxing atmosphere, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent—our questions were answered quickly every time. We also appreciated the convenience of the keyless entry code.The hot tub was a fabulous way to wind down each evening, and we loved having a cute coffee shop just down the street with delicious coffee. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return!
