Die Anlage ist soweit ok. In der Ferienwohnung sind die Betten und vor allem die Kissen durchgeschwi

Schlichtwegs die Kissen und die Betten stinken ! Nicht schön für die Nächte. Der Einhandmischer im Bad ist kaputt und wurde nicht gerichtet. Warmwasser eine Glückssache. Ansonsten ist die Anlage schön und der Pool gut. Der Manager Christian ist perfekt, immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Residenz ist wunderschön gelegen und es ist total entspannt, direkt von der Ferienwohnung in den schönen Pool gehen zu können. Die Strände in der Nähe sind auch sehr schön. Besonders empfehlenswert ist die Baratti-Bucht.

Perfekte Lage

Tolle Unterkunft an einem sehr gut gelegenen Ort. Zur mittelalterlichen Stadt sind es fünf Minuten mit dem Auto, zum Strand von St. Vincenzo, zehn. Gepflegte Anlage mit genügend Platz zum Verweilen und Sonnenbaden. Das Apartment war geräumig mit Küche und SZ, eigener Terrasse. Einzig die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung selbst war nicht wie erhofft. Ebenerdiger Eingang mit entsprechenden Nebenwirkungen.

Friendly staff, great location and nice pool

Five stars for Kindness of the staff- Stefano and Alessandro were very welcoming, open to all questions and friendly to our children. Alessandro gave us a map and tips of what to do in the area. Pool - the pool is fabulous. We spent several hours most days in the pool. Location- excellent and close to many great beaches. Anja and Steffen from Germany and Australia

Erg vriendelijke mensen die met je meedenken. Binnen 5 minuten in een prachtig bergdorpje en 15 minuten naar het strand . Lekker om te wandelen of te fietsen. Zeer de moeite waard

Sehr schöne Anlage

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen, mitten in den toskanischen Hügeln. Den Strand kann man mit dem Auto und dem Fahrrad schnell erreichen, der Rückweg geht bergauf, sodass man gut in die Pedale treten muss:-). Aber machbar (wir hatten ganz normale Fahrräder plus Baby-Anhänger). Die komplette Anlage und vor allem der Pool ist sehr gepflegt, Stefano und Alessandro sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein wenig Punktabzug gibt es für das 2-Zimmer-Appartement: dies hätte etwas besser ausgestattet sein können hinsichtlich Küchengeräte (z. B. gab es keinen Wasserkocher, nur 1 kleines Schneidebrett). Das Wasser könnte nen Tick heißer sein und in unserem Fall hat die Haustür den Boden gestreift, sodass die Tür etwas mühsam zum Öffnen war. Man muss außerdem alles selbst mitbringen (Geschirrtücher, Toilettenpapier, Lappen, Spülmittel, etc), Handtücher und Bettwäsche kann man gegen eine Gebühr ausleihen. TV (nur italienische Sender) steht im Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer nicht wirklich vorhanden (eine Schlafcouch neben dem Esstisch). Sauberkeit ok.

Paradise on earth!

We are a Swedish family who visited Residence Oasis in July 2017. We stayed for a week with two kids and it was really lovely. The weather was excellent and we were well taken care of by the owners. The nice little village Campiglia Maritime was absolutely wonderful to visit - great Italian restaurants, possibility buy fresh bread and cheese in the mornings (15 min walk or 5 min with car). During the week we also visited a lot of local villages and cities and the distance to really great bathing possibilities and beaches by the ocean were not far. Some days we just stayed by the big and fresh pool at the residence to relax and enjoy the local nature. We really recommend this one!

Excellent séjour dans un cadre idyllique!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette magnifique résidence, située en plein nature. Le cadre est vraiment des plus appréciables: la piscine et le jardin sont splendides et très bien entretenus. Stefano et Marco sont très chaleureux et serviables: ils font tout pour nous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible, tout en restant à distance, pour que les vacanciers vivent pleinement leur séjour comme ils le souhaitent. L’appartement est spacieux et propre, un peu sombre à l’intérieur, mais bien frais pour dormir. La cuisine est sobrement équipée, mais il y a ce qu'il faut. La terrasse est grande et couverte, avec une vue directe sur la belle piscine. Le charmant et authentique village médiéval et de petits commerces sont à 15 minutes à pied. De nombreuses plages sont à découvrir à une dizaine de km en voiture. Voiture indispensable. Valeur sûre. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Idéal pour passer des vacances au calme. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir!

tres bon séjour ou nous esperons revenir !!!

nous sommes venu à 3 adultes et notre chien accueil très chaleureux endroit très calme appartement propre est spacieux très fonctionnel piscine agréable, facilité de stationnement région idéale pour tout ce qui est découverte de site gallo- romain encore merci pour cette semaine de repos
