Beautiful condo, great location

This condo is absolutely gorgeous and has great size! Everything was spotless when we arrived. The bathrooms could use a little renovating, but the rest of the condo has been beautifully remodeled! The location is within walking distance of several places, so it is very convenient! Would definitely recommend!

Well appointed condo close to everything

Our family visited here and really enjoyed our stay. We loved the proximity to the beach! The condo was very well appointed and had literally everything we needed. It is well decorated and the little touches made it all the more special. It is a bit noisy being close to the action, but that was to be expected. We were able to visit Ft. Fisher, the aquarium, Wilmington, and several fun spots like the Sea Witch for cocktails, and Stoked for a fun sunset dinner to name a few. We loved the laid back vibe of the area and the beach is beautiful!

We love Carolina Beach because it's a get-away island, but also close to Wilmington. We bought here originally as a second home, and are now making our plans to move here permanently from Indiana. Meanwhile, we are here as often as possible and becoming part of the community. Our four adult children are strewn about, but we're hoping they make it this way by the time we are fully settled here.

Why they chose this property

We just bought this condo and inherited a perfect rental property. The former owners were 5 star hosts and we intend to keep up the legacy of excellence in renting it to you. We love Carolina Beach for its small town community, beautiful beaches, and quaint downtown boardwalk.
