About this property

Amazing Beach House in the Woods with Pool and Hot Tub

Quiet and private house 1/2 mile from the beach in Misquamicut, RI on the end of a dead end road. A short bike or car ride to the village and beaches of Watch Hill. Keep cool with the central AC or open the windows for ocean breezes.

The space
The main living area has a large room with 2 couches, a fireplace, a smart tv and a ping pong table :) The large kitchen opens up to a dining area that can seat up to 12 people. The main floor also has a small den with a 55" smart tv and a 1/2 bath. Outside is a large yard with a screened porch, a wrap around porch, and an outdoor shower. A newly added 18x42 Pool with surrounding stone patio as well as a 7 person hot tub will help you wind down after a day at the beach. There is also a pool cabana with a bathroom, changing area, laundry room and hang out area. Plenty of space for people to have privacy.

Beneath the main house is a 2 car garage, always a plus on rainy summer days. The entire house is outfitted with Sonos speakers for your listening pleasure. We also have a Google home device as well as enhanced Wifi pucks.

The master bedroom has a king size tempurpedic bed, en suite bathroom with tiled shower and full soaking tub as well as a large walk in closet. The 2nd floor also has 2 queen bedrooms, a full bathroom and a separate laundry room. The top level boasts distant ocean views and an additional queen bedroom as well as a large open room for hanging out and a bunk bed with a trundle.

Other things to note
The house comes with a beach parking pass for the Misquamicut Fire District Beach. The parking lots are directly on the beach and there are showers, bathrooms and lifeguards. This is a wonderful beach for people of all ages.

Amazing Property

We enjoyed a family vacation with my adult children and everything was perfect! The owners go way above and beyond to stock the house for their guests and to make sure their guests are comfortable. The house was beautiful, the pool area was resort like, the amenities for the pool and beach were plentiful. It was a pleasure to stay in a house so well run and maintained. Thank you.

Fantastic home

My husband and I stayed here with our two dogs and had a wonderful time. Home is spectacular and perfect for hosting. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool area and fireplace with outdoor TV. Perry was kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Would book again!

Perfect Family Beach Vacation

The perfect house in a superb location! The property is centrally located with multiple beautiful beaches nearby. The house and pool (with pool house) are immaculate and well stocked. The owner is very accommodating and made everything, from the initial booking to checking out, very easy. We had a wonderful week and can't wait to come back next summer!

Family Vacation

Such a pleasant experience! Super easy to work with owner, house is fully stocked and great for many people (bedrooms and bathrooms all clean and quiet). The Perfect House

We had such a lovely vacation at the home. The pool is the largest pool we have ever had through VRBO. The pool house offered extra space for refrigerator needs and hanging out, and we loved the outdoor TV. The house had everything we needed, from shampoo to spices in the kitchen. We loved everything about it and would not change a thing. Thank you, Perry for everything!

Fabulous summer stay

I have only wonderful things to share - we love this part of RI sandwiched between Watch Hill and Weekapaug. The location is ideal, the layout of the accommodations are superb, the pool and hot tub are spectacular and the pool house is the best bonus. The creature comforts here make vacation ideal, like home away from home. The owners are so considerate in their attention to detail, with signature towels, parking & beach passes, ‘beach bum’ products, and cooking up almost anything imaginable in the fully stocked kitchen. The bikes are great for beautiful trips around the Watch Hill area to check out the Sift bakery or the Tea Room. This is the second time we have stayed for a week and are booked again for next summer thankfully. It’s the perfect stay in our favorite place! 10 stars!

Fabulous home for a relaxing beach vacation!

This was the perfect location to gather with our adult children for our annual family summer vacation. The house is conveniently located near the Misquamicut beaches, yet tucked away from the noise and crowds. Sitting outside in the evening, we could even hear the waves crashing in the distance. The outdoor spaces are simply beautiful. The yard is impeccably landscaped and the plantings provide plenty of privacy around the, comfortably-heated, pool. The brand new pool house is just stunning and provides the convenience of an extra washer and dryer, refrigerator, toilet and shower The main house has open spaces for the whole family to hang out, as well as more private spaces to work, nap, read a book or have a more intimate conversation. The large kitchen was extremely well equipped (with 3 different devices to make coffee or espresso!) as well as any cooking, baking, prep or serving item we needed. Plenty of bath, pool & beach towels and even shower products and sunscreen were provided. The owner provided full use of the large garage plus several bicycles w/locks, beach chairs, beach umbrellas AND most important of all -- a beach parking pass! Beginning with my initial rental inquiry and continuing throughout the whole rental experience, Perry was extremely friendly, responsive and easy to work with. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Property!

Everything our family hoped for and more! The house was more than large enough for our family of 12.....four adult couples and four grandchildren. Attention to detail by Perry the house owner is evident throughout......from the well-stocked kitchen supplies to the games available for the children to play. The location is private but close to the beach and activities....the passes provided for beach and parking make things easy. The pool, hot tub and gas firepit were enjoyed daily. If you could add a + to the 5 stars would do that....it is a really beautiful place to spend a vacation!

Spectacular Home with Incredible Privacy

Simple words defy description. This is a well appointed, well maintained home with a keen attention to detail. There are an abundance of amenities such that you have very little to remember to forget . . . it's all provided. The pool and pool house are two extras that put this property over the top. Perry is the perfect hostess - present at check-in and always available before, during and after your stay. If there were a sixth or seventh star to the rating system, our experience would certainly have merited it. We highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again.

Spectacular home near Watch Hill!

We are long-time fans of the Watch Hill area, and as our family has grown we now rent homes for a long weekend getaway. Perry's home is hands-down the BEST home we have ever stayed in. The home is large and immaculate, the kitchen is very well stocked (like being at my own house!), we brought some toys from home and the kids enjoyed playing pingpong and playing with the toys in the home too. The parking pass for Watch Hill was a *lifesaver* and meant we had free parking right near the beach every time we went. There is a nice yard, so even when the baby was napping (yes, there's a pack & play too!) the big kids could play whiffle ball or tag in the yard. Truly a find--we'll be back!

Amazing week

Arrived just before the hurricane landed. Perry greeted us and had everything ready. She supplied us with flash lights and kept in touch throughout the storm Once the weather cleared, the stay was everything we had hoped for The house was perfect. Clean, fully equipped and spacious.

Beautiful 5 star beach house

We had a wonderful stay. The house was comfortable from the air conditioning to the mattresses to the flow of the rooms. The house was immaculate upon arrival. It is in a mostly private location in the woods, and the nearest neighbor was in sight but didn’t really take away from the sense of privacy. We wanted a beach vacation and we’re happy to explore the many nearby beaches and towns with the various beach passes provided. Perry was always available and helpful. The house was well stocked with necessities. We hated to leave!

My home is very private yet close to everything Westerly has to offer. Personally, I love walking to the beach (12-15 minutes away) and relaxing with the sound of the ocean. It is also great to be able to bike to the local restaurants and the village of Watch Hill.
