This 120m2 Architect-designed house can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located facing the small beach of La Prée and its mooring channel (free all year round), as well as just a few steps away from the first restaurants.



Discover once past the entrance gate, a large terrace with sea views and an enclosed garden where you can park 2 cars.

On the ground floor; A comfortable living space composed of; a lounge-TV with fireplace, a dining room and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home. A shower room and separate toilet complete this level. Upstairs, there are 3 double bedrooms with sea views, 2 of which have terrace access, a bathroom and separate toilet.
