This retreat has been newly remodeled and beautifully decorated with Colorado mountain style furnishings, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing vacation. With 1,200 square feet of living space spread out over two levels, this condo offers a degree of separation and privacy. Two private balconies - one off the main floor and one off the primary bedroom - provide ample opportunities to enjoy crisp mountain air and views. However, the open floor plan will be ideal to enhance togetherness during your stay - you will be able to share meals, enjoy family movie time, play board games, or simply snuggle up near the fireplace and share an entertaining conversation. Two TVs with cable and access to free WiFi will keep everyone entertained no matter what. Treat yourself to a spa day in the shared hot tub available - your body will thank you!

You'll be conveniently and centrally located in Old Town, adjacent to Winter Park Resort and just a short hike, bike, or drive to downtown Winter Park. The resort offers over 3,000 acres of skiing and riding terrain. Experienced skiers and riders won't get enough of Eagle Wind's thick glades and steep trails. However, if you are new to skiing, or traveling with young ones, you can enjoy Winter Park's family-friendly terrain and customer-oriented Ski and Ride School! Nestled in the trees alongside the Fraser River in a small private complex, our cozy riverside mountain retreat offers the best of both worlds–great views and the convenience of a great base area location without the noise, traffic, and congestion of the central resort. the listing for this rental says no parking and then 24 hrs before my trip, i recievd parking instructions. i tried contacting the company but couldn't get anyone that speaks english on the phone and those ppl said "if the listing says no parking then there is no parking". not helpufl or accurate as the rental property did in fact have parking right outside the building. this created a lot of stress and frustration. very disappointing. all the company needed to do was provide accurate info - not that hard.

Spring Break

Great place to stay with Alpine Sun ski shop next door and the Lift bus stop right across the street! It was an extremely busy time during spring break and there was a staffing shortage making bus wait time long but with the base only a half mile walk we walked and had a great family ski trip!

Great location and very cozy

This cozy lodge was perfect for our family of 3. We love the location of the shuttle just across the street. The one thing I would say, there needs to be better detail about the hot tub. There isn't a shared complex hot tub but a jacuzzi tub in the master. We all used it, but the hot water didn't last long. Maybe turn the water heater up. We will stay here again next year.

For the price it's acceptable

It's a decent little place but it is small. The location is good, shuttle across the street that comes often enough, great bar & restaurant next door. It had a well stocked kitchen (spices), foil, trash bags, which can be a problem at VRBO's. Vacasa is quite unresponsive so you are basically on your own with problems. Their phone customer service sends you to a foreigner in some other country. The text is very slow to respond. We had an issue with a Keurig (we figured out eventually), stove burner not work, & issues with the fireplace. They never sent anyone & property manager never called to help. Beds are not very comfortable. It's small & not very well set up for a family & wouldn't do an extended stay. But for the price over a weekend it worked.

We stayed in condo #14 and it was a cozy place that was close enough to the resort to walk. There’s a courtesy shuttle as well as The Lyft to help you get around d town if you don’t have a car. The condo was very well appointed, the beds were comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at this well laid out condo, with two bedrooms, two baths, sleeper sofa, two fireplaces, and a good kitchen. It is conveniently located right next door to Alpine Sun Ski Shop, where we rented our skis. There is a shuttle stop across the street for access to the ski lifts without driving. There is a parking lot for residents and guests. You can see the gondola and some of the ski runs from the windows.

Pictures pretty accurate to what you get which is not the case with all. Very happy with accommodations. Alpine Sun rental right next door and gondola within walking distance or shuttle is right across street.

Winter Park condo

The condo was lovely and spacious, the information and communication was woeful. The security code did not have the check mark listed as part of the code to enter and I spent 45 minutes trying to get in before I was informed that this was part of the code. And the notice about plowing the parking area was not given until 9:00 am the morning of the plowing at 1:00 pm, and had I not been told this by someone in the parking lot, I would have been off skiing and my car would have been towed.

The convenience of catching the free shuttle directly across the street as the first stop to the slopes was almost as great as ski in/ski out. Thanks Vacasa for reserving this property for us when our previous accommodations fell through.
