it was terrible. The ceiling was leaking all over the pool and the floor. I left them a message. They never called me back. The poor guy showed up Monday said he would have it fixed. They did not fix it. They didn’t even come there. I will never stay at their cabins again. They are so unprofessional.

While my wife and I slept the pool boy let himself in the house. (Unannounced!) he had a very clear view of my naked wife and his explanation was that no one answered the door so he let himself in. He scared my wife and made me extremely angry. We had a good time but because of this we will not be back.

Spa
The cabin was beautiful, location was awesome but we were not informed of the spa not working. I contacted Cabins for you and they were extremely nice, but the spa situation put a damper in our weekend. The main reason I selected this cabin was because of the spa. We only found out on the day of our departure that they knew the spa was not working. Even when contacting them , no one offered to send us to a cabin with a working spa. Just knowing that they knew the spa wasn’t working was the worst part. I would have loved to make this a regular stay for my vacations but the lack of communication was awful. It seems like they are okay with misleading people. This was the start of my vacation and it was truly a disappointment.

That doesn’t take away from how frustrating it must have been to find out in person, and we truly regret that we didn’t do more to support you during your stay.

Cute little cabin. Loved the location. The hot tub was way too hot with no instructions for lowering temperature. Overall we had a good experience and really liked the cabin.

Spa broken
We were able to use the spa one night. Couldn’t get the jets shut off so it put the heater on overdrive. NEVER use a spa when it reaches 110 degrees. I let the property management know ASAP but being a weekend, no one could come out.
As we were leaving the floor in the kitchen was soaked because we used the dishwasher the night prior to put the dishes away on the morning of checkout. Dishwasher leaks bad and is ruining sub-floor.
Traffic was horrible on Parkway but during tourist season it is expected. A warning would have been nice.
We had a nice stay but we’re rarely there. Hopefully the property is fixed for the next renters.
