Property was exactly as described. Views were absolutely stunning. Enjoyed the pool. We had a visit from a mother bear and her cub! Family of 9 and plenty of room for us all. Will definitely consider this property on our next visit to the Smokies.

Everything was as described. It was absolutely beautiful views and was very peaceful. Only thing that made me nervous was the steep driveway but I think I’m the only one it bothered lol. Will definitely stay here again in the future

Too many problems for a high-end expensive rental cabin
A lot of broken equipment inside the home. The property was surrounded by litter and construction debris. We had multipe items stolen from within the cabin during our stay. The back door didn't block by the way. We shouldn't have experienced any of this for the amount of money we paid to stay in this cabin.
The property was clean and spacious. The kitchen had all essentials and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. However, there were a couple of things that were not up to the mark. One, the door that opens into the balcony on the ground level had a broken lock. There are bears everywhere around the property and they even have signs to keep the car doors locked as the bears can open them. The balcony on the ground level is very easily accessible to a bear and they could get inside with the the door unlocked. I had to using one of the wire cables to lock the door at night. Secondly, the hot tub didn't turn on at all. We tried everything but couldn't get it to work which was quite disappointing.
This property was a newer build. Came stocked with all the kitchen supplies we needed. We weren't sure of the space and layout of the bedroom (4 adults, 3 kids) but we could have invited anothe couple to join. There was an entire bedroom with didn't use. My family chose the bottom floor with king bed, trundle bed and pullout couch. The bathroom was small for 4 people and no space to put our things in bathroom was not optimal. The hot tub was on our floor so we could watch from our bedroom. Only notable thing was the deck the hot tub was on was already worping and looked sketchy for being so new. Nothing of immediate safety concern but just a thought on structure/weight or if the porch just kept getting wet causing the wood to worp.
Our group came with 2 people who didnt enjoy heights. The drive up was nerve wrecking for them but the view was so amazing. It was a bit of a drive to Gatlinburg but the only portion of the drive uphill was the last 10 mins up the mtn (open road otherwise).

We really appreciate your detailed feedback and are glad to hear that the space exceeded your expectations, Candice. It's great that the layout comfortably accommodated your group, and we're taking note of your comments about the bathroom space and deck condition to ensure everything is in perfect shape. The drive up can indeed be a bit daunting for those not fond of heights, but it sounds like the views were worth it! Thanks for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to welcome you back soon.
We absolutely loved this place! It is pretty close to another cabin however if there were a couple blocker shades up you wouldn't even know it. Still we never had any issues at all. We will always remember this place bc I proposed to my gf while we were there. The view is spectacular and we will go back!

We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the views from the property and your overall stay with us. We look forward to hosting your next visit to the Smokies!
The view from the cabin is stunning! Loved the big open windows overlooking the golf course. It took us about 30 taxi/Uber to downtown Gatlinburg. The driveway is VERY short and STEEP and just leads to a drop off. There is a “missing” window in the kitchen that just had a piece of plywood placed in it, trash underneath the porch, and the hot tub was not ready/set up when we arrived. However, we enjoyed staying here and enjoyed the cabin. It was clean on the inside and the perfect set up!
