We truly empathize with how disappointing your stay was, Anne. Walking into a cabin with so many issues must have been incredibly frustrating, and we completely understand why you feel this way. The condition of the carpet, bedding, washer setup, and broken items is unacceptable and certainly falls short of the standards we strive to uphold. We’re genuinely sorry that we were unaware of these problems during your visit. If we had known, we would have done everything we could to address them and improve your experience. The clogged sink and makeshift washer situation are particularly concerning, and we have already taken steps to ensure they are repaired properly. Your feedback about the lack of basic supplies, like coffee filters, hangers, and clean hot pads, is valuable to us, and we are committed to reviewing those details to make sure they’re not overlooked in the future. While we’re relieved to hear that you enjoyed the bed and table, we know this doesn’t make up for all the issues you encountered. It’s really disheartening to realize that your getaway felt more like a hassle than a time of relaxation. Please accept our heartfelt apologies for the conditions you faced, and know that we are dedicated to making improvements so that future guests have a much better experience.

Aimee, while we're pleased you and your family were able to enjoy the location and many of the aspects of the cabin, we're so sorry to hear your stay was disrupted by pests. We completely understand your frustration, and we truly hate this happened, as we know this was a special vacation for you and yours and this must have been beyond upsetting. We're grateful you notified us right away of your concerns, and while we were able to get pest control out the same day to treat this problem for you, we understand the issue persisted until you checked out the next day and we absolutely hate your stay was memorable for the wrong reasons. Again, we do understand your concerns and disappointment, and rest assured we are working to address all issues at the cabin with care, as we take pride in our properties and do our best to provide positive experiences for all our guests.
