We had a great stay. Small but well equipped, clean and functional apartment. Perfect for 2 people. Check in was flexible and friendly. Good location a short walk from the ski lifts, but also in a good location in the city.

L’annonce imprécise nécessite de poser des questions sur l’équipement Les horaires d’arrivée et départ du site sont erronés et l’hôte nous fait sentir que l’on dérange en arrivant à l’heure indiquée Logement glacial non chauffé, première soirée dans le froid Des tâches de café dans la cuisine, cafetière pas nettoyée, traces de doigts sur la bouilloire, plaque cuisson et table à manger grasses, taches de gras sur les murs Taches de dentifrice sur le miroir de la salle de bain De l’eau coule du mur derrière le canapé… condensation, mauvaise isolation Le sol extérieur du parking est glacé du matin au soir et pas de sel ni dégagement à la pelle C’est fort dommage car le logement est joli, bien placé, fonctionnel et à un tarif raisonnable

Nous sommes désolés de votre mécontentement. L’annonce « imprécise » vous a permis de bénéficier d’un tarif bas. L’annonce était effectivement incomplète, elle venait d’être transférée sous un nouveau numéro à la demande d’Abritel, le transfert de la liste des équipements, et des conditions haute saison n’avait pas été fait et nous ne l’avions pas vu. Nous avons malgré tout respecté tous les engagements le prix mais aussi les horaires d’arrivée et de départ pour lesquels vous avez été très exigeants, nous avons répondu à toutes vos questions. Si l’annonce ne vous convenait pas, vous n’étiez pas obligé de réserver. Quant à vos remarques , C’est la première fois en 5 ans de fonctionnement que nous avons une remarque sur le ménage pour lequel nous avons une attention toute particulière! Il est étonnant que vous ayez eu froid compte tenu de la puissance des radiateurs et il n’y a pas d’humidité sur les murs quand la VMC est en marche ! Dommage que vous n’ayez rien signalé pendant votre séjour : s’il y a des problèmes nous sommes sur place, il y a toujours une solution pour les résoudre.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette région riche et tellement belle ! Le studio est très bien placé en plein centre de Briançon (toutes commodités à proximité) non loin de la vielle ville. Le studio est très bien équipé, secteur calme, place pour se garer dans difficulté dans la cour. Un petit rideau à la fenêtre de la cuisine serait parfait 😉. Really comfortable place, near to the ski lifts, but would advise if staying here to ski try and store the skis at a shop near the ski lift to make life easier other than that great place!!

Belle région avec de belles randonnées. Location suffisante pour 2. Hélas logement situé très près de le nationale qui passe au niveau au dessus, donc pas possible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte la nuit. Aussi beaucoup de mouche la journée une moustiquaire ferai l'affaire. Agencement de la cabine de douche au minimum, une étagère pour pouvoir poser le nécessaire de toilette serai la bien venue. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, ces critiques sont uniquement formulée afin d'améliorer le confort. Cordialement. M. MACLE

Ci siamo ritrovati in un ambiente molto simpatico, ordinato, arredato con gusto. Le dotazioni sono complete (lavastoviglie, bollitore, macchina per caffè a capsule,macchina per caffè alla francese,tostapane, l'asciugacapelli); manca solo la lavatrice ma sarebbe stato impossibile trovare il posto. Il divano ed il letto sono comodi. La posizione è ottima per la vicinanza a due supermercati raggiungibili a piedi e facile da trovare quando si arriva la prima volta. L'auto si parcheggia davanti alla casa in zona chiusa da un cancello. Un'ottima esperienza. Ma adesso devo dare un consiglio per aiutare Olivier a migliorare ancora..... Ci sono! Una lampadina più potente nel grande lampadario centrale! Ah, bellissime le lampade sopra il letto
