Amazing property

We were so happy we chose this location. Beautiful, enchanting property, room/bed was very comfy. Well equiped for a studio kitchen. The hosts are charming and helpful. You will not be disappointed.

Comfy Bed

Welcome stay after our train ride, the bed was really comfortable . Perfect for short stays. The bathroom sink is also the kitchen sink. Not a problem for us we didn’t do any cooking. Microwave was perfect for our needs.

Great stay in Chama

The suite had everything we needed for a comfortable, relatively quick, stay in Chama to take the Chama to Antonito train. It was colorful and cozy, as described. Wr also enjoyed the beautiful fall colors.

This is a beautiful and cozy place to stay. The room has everything you need to spend a couple of days. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Suhana is a sweet and warm host. She provided us with a homemade Canellovi,salad, and delicious bread for dinner. This place is highly recommend.

I originated from London where i owned a very famous Art Gallery. Since my life has been in the Arts the whole lodge is adorned with incredible artwork. My husband is a Glass blower and we have the glass studio here attached to the property.
We both love dogs and have a gentle giant husky mix living here with us.
If you would like to bring your dog please enquire.. we have just added a large dog pen on the grounds should you need it.
My priority is the needs of my guests. Folks come here as strangers and leave as friends.

Why they chose this property

The property is two minutes from town and the Cumbres Toltec Scenic Railway. Chama Local restaurant is just up the road too. (Highly recommend). Check Winter hours.
All our suites have kitchenette area.
It is hard to believe you are not in the countryside....Rio Chamita runs through the grounds and there is a large pond attracting a myriad of birds and frogs....deer wander freely.
Grill outside under the pagoda. Relax in the hot tub. Swing in the hammock by the river. Picnic by the pond. Have a cowboy cookout around the firepit!!
Visit the glass blowing studio on site......or sign up for classes.

Our hot tub is open year round.
