About this property

Beautiful property on 4 acres at the base of Rabbet Peak, 5mn from town.
The property is on three floors. Two of the bedrooms are actually self contained suites with their own bathrooms and cooking areas.
The first floor King Suite has a gorgeous living room with doors that open to the grounds, and a large gourmet kitchen. There is also a sunroom with a small hot tub and lovely views of the groounds.
Go up the internal staircase to access four more bedrooms, a second living room, three bathrooms and a kitchenette.
Perfect for family get together. Sleeps 14 comfortably.
Outside you will find a firepit and room to wander. Dogs are allowed with prior permission.
No parties or events.

I am originally from London but have been a citizen of USA for over 23 years.
I was a gallery owner most of my life but now enjoy hosting my property which carries much of the visionary art i was famous for.

Why they chose this property

Chama is a very beautiful land much like Rivendell i often think.
Our property not only sits on 4 scenic acres withh river frontage and a pond but backs up onto Edward Sargent wildlife reserve.
Snowmobiling is very popular here during Winter with miles of untouched trails.
The Cumbres Toltec scenic railway is a few minutes from the house.
A hikers dream particularly during fall.
It is also a paradise for hunters.

What makes this property unique

Incredible location. 5mn from town yet feels like the country.
Views from most rooms are breathtaking.
We enjoy spoiling our guests. Dinner is often brought to your oom on reuest and of course for a fee.
Everything homemade from scratch.
Enjoy quality linens, bathrobes, hot tub (or jacuzzi in some rooms.)
Every possible amenity.
Do not confuse out lodge with cabins !
