Les Clefs du Bon'Her, Maison Chloé

Just a few metres from the lovely, secluded beach at La Martinière, and a 5-minute walk from the heart of the village of L'Epine, discover our complex of three houses painted in the traditional Noirmoutre colours.

Choose the house of your choice for a private getaway, or book all three houses for a holiday with family or friends: everyone can enjoy their own pace and independence, yet be close enough to get together for some great shared moments!

LA CHLOE:

Soft and soothing, our Chloé will charm you with its pastel tones and tasteful decor. The house is ideal for 1 or 2 couples: it features 2 bedrooms (each with a 160-bed), a bathroom, a 30m² living area with an open kitchen, and a pantry. The second bedroom is versatile, and the large 160-bed can be separated into two single beds—more convenient for hosting a family with children!
The southwest-facing terrace lets you enjoy beautiful summer evenings.

FOR ALL OUR HOMES:

Enjoy a hassle-free holiday thanks to our included hotel-style services: personalised welcome, end-of-stay cleaning, and forget the stress of your first grocery run after a long trip—breakfast is provided upon your arrival! The homes also feature free Wi-Fi and baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, baby bathtub, changing table) available upon reservation and subject to availability.

Linens are not included but can be provided for an additional fee upon request.

Our homes welcome you year-round!

To help you make the most of your summer stay, all our homes are equipped with patio furniture, lounge chairs, a beach umbrella, and a grill.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Elle est parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, propre, confortable et bien équipée. Son emplacement est idéal, à seulement 10 minutes de la plage et du centre-ville, ce qui permet de tout faire facilement. Nous recommandons cette location.

Perfektes Ferienhaus für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Das Maison Chloé hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Was toll war:- Die neuwerige und gepflegte Einrichtung - bequeme Betten, gutes Bettzeug - ein riesiger Einbau-Kleiderschrank, sogar mit reichlich Kleiderbügeln ;o) - sehr gepflegtes Bad und separates WC- super eingerichtete Küche, zum Wohnraum offen- alles Notwendige war großzügig vorhanden. - riesiger Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach- Terrasse mit großem Tisch, 4 Stühlen und 2 niedrigen Gartenliegen, elektrische Markise - großer Holzkohlegrill- Holzkohle und z.B. Kaffee, Essig, Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Tabs für die Spülmaschine, ... noch von den Vormietern vorhanden- Besteck, Gläser und Geschirr sind überreichlich vorhanden. - Garten von außen zugänglich, Räder konnten sicher abgestellt werden.- Auto parkt auf dem Grundstück direkt am Haus. - 2 richtig gute Boulangerien 3-4 min. entfernt (mit dem Rad) Was wir gerne gehabt hätten: - einen klappbaren Sonnenschirm gegen die Sonne - Polster auf den nicht wirklich bequemen Gartenstühlen - etwas höhere und bequemere Gartenliegen für uns 65 - einen hohen Spiegel, um sich mal komplett sehen zu können (es gibt nur einen Badezimmerspiegel). Aber das ist wirklich "klagen auf hohem Niveau", denn wir hatten wunderbare Ferien im Maison Chloé. Valérie ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, der Kontakt mit ihr war unkompliziert, sehr herzlich und freundlich. Auf Wiedersehen bis zum nächsten Mal! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Maison très bien équipée

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille à Noirmoutier. La maison Chloé est très bien conçue, lumineuse et très bien équipée. On se sent comme chez soi.Les enfants ont particulièrement aimé le confort de la literie dans leur chambre et du canapé.Les espaces sont très bien agencés. Le fait d’avoir de grands placards dans chaque chambre est un vrai plus.Les dosettes pour le lave-vaisselle et le lave-linge sont très appréciables.Nous avons beaucoup aimé le jardin et l’accès à la plage de l’Epine à pied.Merci pour cet agréable séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ganz liebe Vermieter....

Willkommens-Frühstücks-Korb war sehr nette Geste - als eines morgens der Betonlaster zum Nachbarhaus kommen musste wurden wir vorgewarnt und fanden am entsprechenden Morgen eine Bäckertüte mit Baguette und Crossants auf dem Fensterbrett - bei einer (kleinen) Reklamation wurde sofort gehandelt - merci á Valérie und Patrick

La maison est top. Propre, fonctionnelle et bien située sur l'île. Tout est parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le panier d'accueil est très appréciable ☺️ et la propriétaire est très gentille et disponible. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.

Très bon séjour

Valerie nous a très bien accueilli, sans être trop longue ce qui est appréciable après la route. La maison est très bien et bien équipée. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Rien à redire sur la propreté de la maison et de la vaisselle.

Allez y les yeux fermés !

Les photos et le description de la maison sont tres fidèles. Cette location est extrêmement bien située a 10 mn de la plage et des commerces, dans le bourg de l'Epine qui est central et très calme. Mme Vincendeau nous a gentiment accueillies et nous a prodigué de tres bons conseils pour notre séjour sur l'île. Je recommande définitivement cette location. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

Des vacances idéales en bord de mer !

La maison de L'épine est située dans un endroit calme à 300m de la mer dans une rue peu fréquentée. C'est la base idéale pour des vacances sur l'île de Noirmoutier et ses environs. La maison est spacieuse avec un jardin pratique, parfaitement entretenue et avec tout le confort. Nous reviendrons certainement !

La maison Chloé que nous avons louée est très confortable, extrêmement bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Valérie nous a apporté toutes les précisions nécessaires pour faciliter notre arrivée et la communication a été très facile pendant notre séjour. Location parfaite !

Auf der Insel

Das Fereinhaus war gut ausgestattet, es war alles da was man so brauchte. Die Läden zur Deckung des täglichen Bedarfs waren alle in der Nähe. Zum nächsten Strand 7 bis 10 min zu Fuß oder 5 min mit dem Velo. Bei größeren Einkäufen mußte man mit dem Auto fahren. Den kleinen Garten haben wir abends nicht nutzen können, da man sonst von Mücken zerstochen worden wäre. Es war eine runde Sache, gerne wieder.

Très bon séjour

Bien située , proche des plages et dans un quartier calme, maisonnette propre et accueillante avec petit jardin et terrasse. Des petits plus comme le premier petit déjeuner, un fond de cuisine et des produits d’entretien fournis sont appréciés.

location parfaite

conception propreté aspect pratique situation et surtout qualité de l'accueil , tout était parfait; que des compliments à faire aux propriétaires qui sont à l'écoute des personnes qu'ils accueillent vraiment; nous y reviendrons surement s'il reste de la place à la date de nos futures vacances car avec toutes ces qualités les places sont vite prises
