Located in the only 4-diamond resort in Puerto Peñasco aka Rocky Point, Sonora Mexico, this one-bedroom / one-bath is located in the sought after Phase 1. Our 10th floor coastal decorated condo will get you into a relaxing mood as soon as you open the door...the views are breathtaking. You will have daily cleaning service and 24x7 front desk service.
New remodeled condo with a rustic beachy vibe boasts unobstructed water view from kitchen, dining and living room areas. State of the art kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Keurig and drip coffee makers plus equipped with everything you would need to cook. If cooking is not in your list of things to do, you can enjoy dining out in the resort restaurants or great restaurants in town. The bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV and direct access to bathroom. Living room has a queen size sleeper with a memory foam mattress PLUS an ottoman with a twin size pull out bed with a memory foam mattress. Relax after a day in the sun watching movies in the living room Smart TV.
Enjoy your time in one of the many pools or lazy rivers or hit the beach and enjoy the warm blue waters of the Sea of Cortez.
If golfing is on your mind, LP the only link style Championship golf course of the region (ask for discount pricing).
All Terrain Vehicles (ATV's), Jet Skis and Sand Rails: Are allowed on the property but not to ride on the beach.
Technology: WiFi is offered throughout the resort, toll free telephone calls to Canada, Mexico and the USA.
Price quoted is for up to 4 people (3yrs of age and up). Condo can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. 5th person pays an additional fee of $35 per night. Fee is paid at resort checkin. Children 35months of age and under at time of checkin do not count towards total number of guests.
