Located on the 3rd floor, this residence features a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and balcony. You'll love your time in Asheville at this new condominium.
Restaurants, shopping, galleries, bars, and nightlife are all within walking distance of this rental. We are also a moment's drive to the Biltmore Estate, Grove Park Inn, River Arts District, and all major highways and interstates.
This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these before arrival. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions). Information for additional parking is listed below.
