Very beautiful, comfortable terraced house "Cofitsa". In the resort 700 m from the centre of Jávea - El Arenal, in a quiet, sunny position, 700 m from the sea, 700 m from the beach. Private: garden with lawn, parking at the house. Shop 650 m, supermarket 450 m, restaurant, café 350 m, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 700 m. Sports harbour 1.2 km, surf school 1.2 km, sailing school 1.2 km, tennis 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
3-room terraced house 70 m2. Fully renovated in 2014, comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with digital TV and air conditioning. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 french bed and air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds and air conditioning. Kitchen (oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Comfortable home

The house was comfortable and on the whole clean. Repairs were done rapidly. The garden was very nice, and the barbecue was a good item. The position was convenient. The house was a unloved-looking - junk in cupboards and drawers; no instruction manual which meant everything had to be worked out the hard way. There was dust and spider webs here and there. The kitchen lacked a range of pots and pans. NO WIFI - this was a real disadvantage.However, the good things far outweighed these criticisms.

Logement moyen

Le logement était sale à notre arrivée, le sol plein de poil d animaux, de la poussière partout sur les meubles et les draps non changés partout. Le matériel d entretien à disposition comme l aspirateur ne fonctionnait pas et le sechoir a linge etait cassé. Le logement etaig assez sombre avec les volet. Le jardin est très bien mais plein de moustique donc pas utilisé.

Een fijn huis op een super plek.

Een geweldig huis op een super locatie. Een modern interieur en alles is aanwezig. Geen vaatwasser maar wel een wasmachine. Helaas was de stofzuiger kapot en vond de eigenaar het niet nodig die vervangen omdat hij niet op de inventarislijst stond maar met een hond en een astmatische echtgenoot had ik graag het huisje wat stofvrij gehouden. Voor de rest was het prima onderhouden en erg schoon. We hebben het super fijn gehad.

Buena ubicacion, casa y jardin acogedor

Con bonito jardin en el que hay barbacoa y un porche con mesa de comedor. Mucha privacidad, si quieres tener el coche vigilado hay una plaza delante de la casa. A 10 minutos a pie de la playa El Arenal.En contra: encontre un plato guardado sucio, genera desconfianza con la limpieza que en general me pareció mas bien ajustada, falta menaje variado,armarios, potencia en la luz (tuvimos dos apagones) rapida resolución por Interhome. Resumen: acogedor, cómodo, bien ubicado pero caro.

jolie semaine

Quelques bémols : le jardin entourant la villa n'est pas utilisable car envahi par des insectes, .... Multitude de moustiques voraces et en dernier sur l'annonce l'on parlait de 300 mètres pour l'accès à lArenal ce qui n'est pas correct l'on devait prendre la voiture.

La casa está muy bien situada, cerca de las calas más bonitas de Javea. Lo mejor de la casa es la terraza y el jardín con la barbacoa.

Schönes Objekt mit einigen Abstrichen

Das Ferienhaus macht insgesamt einen guten Eindruck. Negativ ist die Lage in der Nähe einiger viel befahrenen Straßen. Im Objekt selbst viel ein unangenehmer Kanalgeruch auf. Ansonsten ist es von der Lage her gut zum Strand fussläufig in 15 Min. zu erreichen. Supermarkt und ein gutes Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe.

idéalement situé et au calme !

Nous avons passé 2 semaines à JAVEA, la maison correspond parfaitement aux descriptifs et aux photos. Nous étions à 10min à pied de la plage, 3min à pied du centre commercial. Un bonheur de laisser la voiture et de tout faire à pieds. Seule bémole la climatisation de la chambre souffle de l'air chaud et se bloque au bout d'un certain temps

Super Ausstattung

Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Ausstattung war wunderbar, selbst im Garten war vom Steinkamin über Gatenliegen, Ölfackeln und Außenbeleuchtung alles vorhanden, was wir für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt gebraucht haben. Die Lage an einer doch recht stark frequentierten Straße irritiert kurz, ist aber unproblematisch. Zum Strand sind es 5 Gehminuten. Einziger Minuspunkt: Im Bad riecht es, als ob mit dem Abfluss in der Dusche etwas nicht stimmt. Das dürfte aber leicht zu beheben sein.

VACACIONES EN JAVEA

La estancia cumplió perfectamente las espectativas. La casa es muy agradable y cómoda, está bien decorada y su situación es excelente. Como unico punto negativo señalaria que el aire acondicionado del dormitorio no funcionaba, y aunque avisamos a Interhome de este problema, no lo solucionaron durante nuestra estancia. El verano fue muy caluroso y hubiese estado muy bien poder utilizar esa instalación. En resumen, muy recomendable.

Thank you for your kind words and more improtantly we are sorry to hear of the trouble you had with the air conditioning during your stay and especially that our on site team were unable to solve the issue on spot. We contacted the local team to ensure that this issue will be resolved and we have recieved confirmation that the fault has been repaired and a new remote control was purchased for the unit. As this had to be ordered this is why the air conditioning unit could not be repaired on spot. We really apologise for the inconvenience and hope to see you back with Interhome again despite this.
