For shared use: well-kept garden, swimming pool angular (20 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Children's pool, outdoor shower. Motor access to 200 m from the house. Parking. Shop, grocery, supermarket, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 800 m, sandy beach 50 m. Please note: no lift. Entertainment in the season. Suitable for families. Object suitable for 4 adults + 2 children. The apartment is located in a zone with limited traffic.
"Casa Vecchi", 3-room apartment 40 m2 on 1st floor. Beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Balcony 12 m2. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (3). Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
