Hello Walter! What a piece of paradise Villa Lady Elsy is! Breathtaking views, immense infinitely pool, amazing sunsets. The lalai, featuring a beautiful outdoor kitchen, dining for 6 and more, seating area with a fire pit, spa creating an amazing private retreat for us. Spectacular! And then the inside...Beyond words. High vaulted ceilings, extravagant lighting, beautifully appointed kitchen with every imaginable thing you would need for creating gourmet meals. Two bedrooms with queen beds and ensuites with amazing showers. The master bedroom inclusive a fireplace. All beyond words. We were extremely happy. And Martin and his wife were so helpful getting us settled in. Thank you again Walter! We hope to be back very soon! We truly hated to leave!

This home far exceeded our expectations. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Great communication with owner and property manager. We spent the entire month of November at Lady Elsy and it was heavenly!!! Walter and property management is a pleasure to work with. My 4 kids, husband and I were so sad to leave! Highly recommend staying here! House is gorgeous!!!!

Best vacation!!

We have stayed in many rentals over the years and this by far was the best! The house and pool are amazing!! And the owners have thought of absolutely everything you might need during your stay! Great location to restaurants and groceries. Also not to far from some beautiful beaches. Don't look any further. This is the place to rent. We will definitely be back!

Misrepresented, poorly maintained. Pool & jacuzzi unusable. Broken heater & pump, black growth covering jacuzzi. Water only heatable to 84 by restriction of owner. Non working outdoor grill owner left car in garage, heater not working in bedroom, coffee maker broken, smoke alarm disabled and removed House misrepresented as “new construction” was actually 9 years old. Bathroom floors dangerously slick. Liose tiles and poorly laid tiles around pool are trip hazard

Spring break

Our family of 5 stayed here for spring break! We have a 16 year old and 2 13 year olds. They flipped out when they saw the property. The house is beautiful very modern. Sonos all throughout the house was easy to work and fun to listen. The doors opening up to the infinity pool was gorgeous and so relaxing. We didn’t want to leave.

Amazing place highly recommend

This property has every detail you’d ever want in a home let alone a vacation rental. There are 2 exceptional master bedrooms with corner telescoping doors opening up to the pool as well as a third bedroom with its own bath adjacent. I thoroughly enjoyed having the telescoping doors open in the morning and working from the comfortable orange chair. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. We even had fun fishing off the dock. The owners thought of every detail in the design of the house including the coolest LED lighting I’ve ever seen. The kitchen was well equipped and we also used the pool noodles and beach chairs. I had 10 friends ask me for the rental listing after seeing my pictures on Facebook. Highly recommend booking this place you won’t be disappointed.

Fabulous house.

Lady Elsy is a beautiful 3 bedroom property with a special wow factor! Modern well thought out design and interior perfect for relaxing and socialising. We stayed as a family of five ( teenage kids), we hired a boat for the week and had the most perfect holiday. Local facilities are great with major supermarkets just 10 minutes away. We ate out a couple of times but mostly catered in, as the house is so well equipped you have everything you could possibly wish for! The complimentary welcome pack was very much appreciated,as was the water cooler, cool boxes, ample towels and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel! Sound and lighting system was fantastic! All communications were good and we would definitely return and do this all again!

GREAT LOCATION

Property was clean and the outdoor kitchen was great. The lighting took a minute to get used to as there were many options and lighting schemes. The location was great because of the privacy and it was easy to get to the things we wanted to do. My only complaint was the electrical usage charge as we went over apparently almost 100.00 and we had to pay that in cash or check (who carries their check book on vacation?) I would have been more than happy to put on the card we used to rent it. I don't carry a lot of cash on vacation for obvious reasons so we all came up with it together but there went the cleaning crew tip. As we needed some cash for airport etc... on our return home. The electric charge was only disclosed at check in. Be prepared. The Villa was very modern and over all it was a great place to stay.

Our overall stay was excellent. Location beautiful. Loved the canal and the passing of boats. The decor was different for us but quite refreshing. The bedrooms were large and the adjoining bathrooms were equally large. The kitchen was fully equipped. Easy access to shopping malls, major highways and great restaurants.I would recommend this villa for a relaxing vacation.

Angefangen mit der Kommunikation vor der Buchung mit dem Gastgeber (Walter) und bis zu der Verwaltung durch Ariane, hatten wir einen perfekten Urlaub in der fantastischen Villa.Wir fahren schon seit über 20 Jahren jährlich nach Florida zur Ost- und Westküste und haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Villa uneingeschränkt!

Dit was de mooiste en meest volledig uitgeruste woning die wij ooit huurden. Wauw!Aan echt alles is gedacht. Van airfryer tot strandhandoeken. Van zeep en shampoo tot aan de koude fles prosecco. Het huis is heel schoon. Genoten van het zwembad en bubbelbad. De kinderen hebben flinke vissen gevangen van de steiger. Otters zwemmen het huis voorbij, hoe gaaf is dat?!Supermarkt dichtbij. Leuke uitstapjes naar Sanibel Island en fishingtrips gedaan. Op dag van aankomst was een een probleem met de airco. Huismanager kwam direct langs en zorgde dat de airco dezelfde dag werd gemaakt. Super service dus. Wij komen heel graag terug!

Ein Traum...das Haus 🏡 mit Design und vielen Kleinigkeiten mit viel Charme

Wir haben uns alle sehr Wohl gefühlt. Ein Haus mit allen Komfort und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sogar das Toilettenpapier war als Rose gefaltet und im Kühlschrank wartete ein Flasche Champagner auf uns. Leider zu kurz aber wir kommen wieder. Vielen lieben Dank Familie Grasses

Ein traumhaftes Feriendomizil mit allem was das Urlauberherz begehrt! Die gute Laune beginnt bereits bei der Kommunikation mit dem Hausbesitzer Herr Grasses - sehr freundliche, kompetente Kommunikation. Der erste Eindruck auf den Bildern hält was er verspricht - bereits beim Öffnen der Haupttüre "flasht" es einen und bei der weiteren Begehung des Hauses werden die Augen immer größer. Ein traumhafter Pool - und Poolbereich, Top Küche und -ausstattung, eine traumhafte Couch zum chillen, die Bäder sind groß mit tollen Duschen. Die SONOS-Soundanlage ist perfekt - wenn man sich die App runterlädt kann man seine eigene Musik überall abspielen, viele Geräte mit KI-unterstützung und für Kinder ist es angenehm das man sich mit seinen eigenen Pay-TV Zugängen an den TV Geräten einloggen kann. Einen großen Supermarkt (Publix) in unmittelbarer Nähe der wirklich alles hat! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig - ab und zu fahren ein paar Boote vorbei... Wir haben unsere "Auszeit" mit den Kindern hier sehr genossen😘!

Traumhaftes Objekt, welches allen erdenklichen Luxus bietet. Architektur und Einrichtung zeugen vom erlesenen Geschmack des Besitzers. Perfekt bis ins Detail. Die Lage am westlichen Kanal mit Blick in die Mangrovelandschaft ist perfekt. Inkl. schöner Sonnenuntergänge. Pool und Whirlpool suchen Ihresgleichen. Die Smarthome Features inkl. ambienter Beleuchtungen sind toll. Insgesamt grosses Kompliment an den Hausherren!

One of the best locations in Cape Coral at the Spreader Waterway, with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico...no bridges! Across the villa you will find the Natural Preserve ....no nosy neighbours will peak into the pool-area....may be a racoon however from time to time. New construction!
