About this property

The Boho Cottage Minutes to Downtown Austin and The Lake

Welcome to the boho cottage on the east side of austin. We have designed it to feel cozy, light and airy. Within walking distance to the University, the arbor food trailer park, baseball field, dennys, shops and restaurants. We are less than a mile from Franklin barbecue and a short cab ride to downtown. We have a fully enclosed yard for your furry friends and have made the house a home away from home with full size appliances, ice cold air conditioning and washer and dryer.

This place was perfect for our needs! Excellent location and it was reasonably equipped. Coffee situation is a single cup keurig machine. Recommend if you are looking for an easy and comfortable place near town!

The place was exactly as listed. It was very cozy and comfortable and felt like home. The place was easily accessible by car. The place is located in a quiet resedential neighbor, which enhanced the quiet and peaceful environment. Host is excellent and provided plenty of amenities (like coffee).

For the most part, things went smoothly. The property has a charm to it. It’s the perfect size and has all the amenities we needed, and then some. The parking spot was awesome and helpful. The location was just fine for us. We were able to walk to the White Horse and there is a food truck park only a few blocks away. Me and my wife were there for a short three days. The temps were 100 all three days. The house stayed cool but felt damp. Not sure if this is what attracted the cockroaches or if this has been an ongoing issue but we were playing a bit of exterminator during the trip.

This was a very lovely home. We really appreciated that all essentials were provided. It was clean and very homey. Host was very helpful and was quick to respond to any questions I had! Great location as well, lots to explore around! We also appreciated the on property parking included! Will definitely be booking again for the future! :)

A great stay!

My family and I came to Austin for an extended stay. The cottage is exactly as pictured and described. It is a cozy and nice cottage style that has been perfect for our family. The hosts are very attentive and are quick to respond to any messages! We even decided to extend our stay here for the duration we were in Austin. Overall a wonderful stay!

Lovely Stay!

Disney was quick to respond with any concerns (which were very few). Stay was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Nicely decorated. Great location. My next trip to Austin I hope this place is available and definitely would book again!
