The living area is beautifully furnished with a cream-colored sofa and loveseat all centered around an oversized flat screen television. Coastal blues and tans adorn this beautiful room creating a serene ambience.

Through the sliders sits the covered patio furnished with a high-top table with seating for four as well as two comfy wicker chairs. The large community pool sits directly in front of this ground floor villa giving it an unparalleled view of the entire pool as well as the ocean. Walk directly off of the back porch right to the pool or straight down the boardwalk to the beach!

The Master bedroom is just off of the living area and includes a king bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tiled shower. The master is beautifully appointed with coastal décor complete with an ocean view and sliding glass doors connecting it to the outdoor patio.

The second guest bedroom across the living area is equipped with a full bed as well as a full over a twin bunk bed. The third bedroom features a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. Both bedrooms have access to the second bathroom right across the hall.

Amelia by the Sea offers an array of amenities. Well known for it's exclusive private fishing pier, Amelia by the Sea is host to the only pier on the entire island. In addition there is a large community pool, two tennis courts, and a wonderful outdoor dining and grilling area with a beautiful views! Centrally located to everything on the island, this property has it all!
