Our condo is perfectly situated on the 5th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. We also have another 3br unit and the 4br next door on this 5th floor should you have a large group and need more space!



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Great Condo!

Brand new. Nice furniture. Extremely clean. Great complex. Very well maintained and clean. The beach was very clean as well. Only suggestion would be extra blankets. We plan on coming back!

The condo itself is beautifully furnished and had great amenities. A very spacious condo which was great as there were 5 of us staying for a girls trip. We did have a rental the full week of our stay, however there is a small strip of stores directly across the street from the condo, as well as other shops and restaurants within walking distance. We highly recommend dining at Sea N Suds (amazing oysters and great salad bar), Pink Pony Pub (again, amazing oysters), and The Gulf (great outdoor dining; Instagrammable spot). We enjoyed a fun night at Flor-Bama bar and The Flying Harpoon 2. Something worth mentioning - it was nearly impossible to get an Uber or Lyft during our stay. I assume it was because we were staying in the 'off season' (mid-October) but this is worth mentioning. I do believe there are local taxi services, however we did not use them. We look forward to our next stay!

Parking was amazing, was able to park on the 5th floor which is where our condo was located. Lazy river was amazing. Kids loved the slide and the pool. Reviewer Comments: To whom it may concern,Our family of 9 left today from our week long vacation, staying in unit 502 at Phoenix Orange Beach II. This was our first time visiting Orange Beach and staying in a Phoenix property. We enjoyed the week and the pool amenities were enjoyed by all. We found the condo to be spacious enough for our family of 9. It was advertised to sleep 12, so we were hopeful it would have plenty of room for us all. Unfortunately there were a few things we found undesirable about this unit, and wish to make those known for your information. You can take this information into consideration and do with it as you wish, but we could not let our stay there be complete without making a few things known. First of all, upon arrival the condo was dirty. In particular the floor was still covered in sand from the previous occupants. While we understand that this is a beach condo and it is impossible to get every last bit of sand off the floor, we would expect that the floor would not be covered. It was impossible to walk on the floor with bare feet and not have the bottoms of your feet black and covered in sand. And this was on the very first day. The floors definitely needed much more attention than they were given.Secondly, the garbage disposal was clogged with food items from the previous occupants which we had to dig out in order to do dishes after cooking in the condo. This was quite disgusting, but simply turning the faucet on and seeing that the water doesn't drain on that side of the sink would have shown a cleaning person the issue there. Next, the condo was advertised as being "well stocked." There were only a few towels (so few that we had to wash towels every time we showered) and one dish towel and one dish rag. For a condo set up for "12 people" this is far from well stocked. Lastly, the sheets on the beds were stained and very questionable in regard to cleanliness. One of the sheets even had blood stains. This made it hard to r

Our 7 grand kids loved running from the lazy river, to the indoor pool and out to the beach. The slide at the outdoor pool was the biggest hit for all 7. The condo was clean with plenty of space for gathering in the evenings. We prepared all meals in the evening. The balcony is an extra room in itself. Definitely plan to book for our family vacation next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed for one week with 6 adults (2 couples, 2 singles) and 1 child. Appreciated that the unit was easily accessible from the 5th floor of the parking ramp. Plenty of seating for everyone. Plan to drive almost everywhere - there aren’t many shops or restaurants within walking distance and the area is not pedestrian friendly. The kitchen was well-equipped with both a regular coffee maker and single cup brewer. Good variety of cookware, but if you plan to make eggs for breakfast you may want to bring your own nonstick skillet. Also plan to bring or buy dishwasher detergent, a sponge or cloth to scrub dishes, hot pads, kitchen towels, kitchen trash bags, and bathroom tissue. We were running the dishwasher after almost every meal.Would also recommend wearing footwear at all times. The floor was not very clean and we all had black feet/socks.

This condo looks awesome but is lacking useful items - had no potholders or oven mitts. Needed cups/glasses that were full size. Basically enough wash cloths for 1 person (had to wash everyday). Refrigerator broke the last 3 days we were there - we are getting some compensation for ruined food. Walk barefooted and feet will be black (must wash before bed).

The unit is beautiful and probably one of the best we have stayed in during our 35+ years in coming to the gulf. The kitchen lacked a lot and previous reviews were not kidding. I brought some things from home but come on when the can opener doesn’t work you are in trouble. Kitchen needs a complete over haul as far as utensils, cookwear etc.

We enjoyed the pools and lazy river. My grandchildren especially! The Donut shop and The Shrimp Basket across the street was so convenient along with Walmart and Public of course. The condo was beautifully decorated and in great shape. Everything was in great working order. The registration staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing we needed was more cooking utensils and pots, pans , and cooking sheets. Ran a little short while cooking in for 8 of us. I would definitely like to stay here again!

Beautiful condo and location!

The place was very comfortable and spacious. Clean. Loved the lazy river! The only problem with the place is the lack of cooking (pots/pans), kitchen utensils (e.g. knives), and household supplies (e.g. toilet paper, paper towels, dishcloth, dish towels, trash bags). We already brought extra supplies with us, but went to buy a set of pots and pans since we cook most meals. But, truly, if you come prepared, you will be set to have a great time!
