Renovated Luxury Ski-in/Out Condo. Great Resort!

Welcome to Chateau de Kaminsky. This ski-on/ski-off property will make you feel right at home from the moment you step into our spacious unit. Renovations on the entire 2 bedroom unit were just completed in February 2021. Being on the top floor with a balcony, you can expect to have only the finest view of the mountain and skiers coming down peak 9.

Being in the Beaver Run Resort, it offers easy access to the Peak 9 Beaver Run Super Chair lift as well as some world-class amenities.

The space
This space is professionally cleaned after every booking and sprayed with a electrostatic sprayer in all high touch areas.

The Unit:
This Unit has been remodeled from head to toe. From a custom wood burning fireplace to beautifully designed bathrooms. Every piece of art in the unit was hand picked by me to bring a little joy into the eyes of the guests. I brought a little of Miami into the mix, while keeping it grounded with a mountain modern feel.

This unit offers a King suite bedroom with a smart TV. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, a Bunk bed (Queen/Twin) and a Smart TV. It also has a workspace area with a desk if needed. There is an additional Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room.

The kitchen is state-of-the-art, with tons of counter space for creating anything you desire. The amazing views make preparing a home-cooked meal or brewing your morning cup of happiness a truly pleasurable experience. Everything needed for you to create a masterpiece of a dish will be in the unit provided for you.

Chateau de Kaminsky will come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, amenities kit-cotton balls, Q-tips, sewing kit), and] high-end bed linens as well as towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
