Great apartment. Everything we needed and very clean. We did not understand the concierge AI support (we are in out 70s) so would not book through 2nd agency again as any problems we had took a while to resolve.

The apartment was a good size for 2 people. It was clean and had a lift to the 6th floor. A nice balcony and fully working air conditioning units. There was a lot of storage space to put bags and clothes.

We had a great stay at the N&J VRBO in nice. We were REALLY nervous as there was only one review prior. Pros - it’s a great apt and they’ve mastered letting you know about pretty much everything beforehand. Internet, trash, utilities use, etc. We were super close to the train station which added to feeling like a local. It was a quiet area aside from the school nearby. Cons - the terrace is photographed very generously. It is extremely small and hard to walk through (though still very nice). Also, the fridge had a weird smell the entire time (we bought almost no food bc it was there beforehand). It would have probably been a quick fix at a hotel but given that we were in France and almost everything was virtual, contacting someone was nearly impossible. All in all, we loved the property but expect some hiccups with it too.
