Elegant and warm villa, air-conditioned, 3 bedrooms with double beds and all equipped with smart LED TV, 2 bathrooms with bathtubs and double sinks, 1 living room with table for 6/8 people and a large sofa, 165' Oled TV, kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, LV, toaster, kettle, and all crockery. Laundry room
Private swimming pool with hot tub, outdoor shower, table for 6 people, deckchair for 6, outdoor lounge, large parasol, gas BBQ. A beautiful garden with trees: laurel flowers, olive trees, lemon tree, fig tree, orange tree, apricot tree, cherry tree. private residence, secure and very quiet, private parking.
Bath towels, pool towels, sheets, baby bed, and everything you need for a great vacation in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez are available.
A few minutes from Gigaro beach, the village and the supermarket. Very close to the villages of Gassin, Ramatuelle, Grimaud and Saint-Tropez. Ideal family vacation spot.

The property is immaculate, has everything you could possibly need and is located in a very nice, secure gated area. We found the location ideal for exploring the local area but we did have our car. The only negative we found was the lack of air con in the upstairs bedrooms which was not clearly identified prior to our trip and would unfortunately rule out a return trip to the villa.
