Clean and affordable

Minimalistic offering, but clean and comfortable. Cute little surprises like a breakfast nook. With traffic, it is farther from lake than we would have guessed, but I do highly suggest staying south of the lake (as this property is), you are an hour (in traffic) from the city of Annency, but we did not think the city was that great to visit. You are about 30 mins (traffic) from lake activities (paragliding, swimming, some restaurants). Grocery store 15 mins. Some restaurants 15 mins. We were not keen on the neighborhood and even had a police visit outside our window for some neighbor issues. I would not stay there alone as a woman, but felt safe enough with husband. It's a grey area for how safe it feels in the little village where the houses are close together and some are nicely redone and others in disrepair. I would stay here again, I am only noting for potential solo female travelers.

Vacances en famille

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances, l'appartement était très propre, aménagé avec goût et fonctionnel. Idéalement situé nous avons profiter des différentes activités avec notre petit garçon de 2ans (decollage et atterrissage des parapente, grotte et cascade, télésiège vu sur le mont blanc, balade à vélo, bateau jusqu'a Annecy). L'appartement est à proximité du lac, quelques minutes en voiture seulement, ce qui nous a permis de profiter de la plage et des baignades. Nos hôtes ont été accueillants, disponibles et sympathiques. Super séjour.

Sehr schöne Wohnung ohne Aussenbereich

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Von der Wohnung aus war man schnell auf dem Radweg, der bis Annecy ging. Wir durften unsere EBikes in einer Garage unterstellen. Der eine Stern weniger, weil man draussen nicht sitzen konnte. In der Beschreibung steht Veranda, aber das stimmt nicht. Kein Balkon und keine Terrasse. Leider kamen bei geöffneten Fenstern sehr viele Fliegen in die Wohnung. Fliegennetze vor den Fenstern wären von Vorteil .
