Albogasio is in the Valsolda, the so-called 'secret pearl on Lake Lugano'. The landscape with mountains and lake is beautiful.

The village house with terrace garden on Lake Lugano was renovated in 2013. It is very sunny and with a beautiful view. The interior is lovingly furnished.

There are fruits and herbs in the garden. Sun loungers and parasols are available, which can be set up on the terrace or in the meadow.

It is only a few meters from the lake, with a possibility of swimming on the public jetty. A SUP (Stand Up Paddle) is available.

There are approx. 15 steps from the property gate to the front door.

Parking: free public parking spaces only approx. 50 meters from the house, free parking card available.

10 min. Drive to Lugano or Porlezza. Approximately 30 min. Drive to Menaggio on Lake Como. Public bus connections to Porlezza and Lugano. 1 x day ferry from Oria (10 minutes on foot from Albogasio).

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genoßen und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall sehr weiterempfehlen! Der Check-In war unkompliziert und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen wundervollen Ausblick auf der Luganersee! Es sind immer ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden gewesen. Die Lage der Unterkunft war auch super - von dort aus konnte man viele Tagesausflüge mit dem Auto machen. Es hat uns rundum sehr gut gefallen!

Dream Home

This is my dream house; so beautifully decorated and every comfort thoughtfully incorporated. The renovation of the home is amazing, a gorgeous mix of old.Pros: Well-equipped kitchen, two balconies, spacious laundry room, location, breathtaking views from every window/door, comfortable beds, fans in both bedrooms, vegetable and herb garden, the area, spacious, very clean, contact with the property owner. Cons: Parking (parking pass included to use at one of two parking lots with very tight spaces that are often full), driving around the lake in general is stressful, key pick up was a little unclear, but we worked it out. 30-minute walk to San Mamete, 20 minute drive to Porlezza (sand beach and sun chair rental, water sport rentals (subboards, windsurfing, etc), great gelato and a market on Fridays. Free parking near Panama Beach beach club. Lugano beach in Lugano was a nice change with very clean pools, sun chair rental and yummy Poke Bowls. 45-60 minute drive to Lake Como, for beautiful clear water. We can't wait to return!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Seeblick

Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl in dem Haus gefühlt. Der Blick von den Terrassen auf den See ist sehr schön. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Traumhaft

Ein absolut authentischer Urlaub in einem bezaubernd sanierten Haus, in Fussnähe zum See. Das SUP war toll für die Kinder. Der Garten und der Blick auf den See waren einmalig. Sehr netter Empfang und immer bei Fragen zur Stelle. Nachts kam immer ein kühler Wind vom See auf, herrlich.

Ein wundervoller Urlaub!

Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, modern eingerichtet und sauber! Unübertrefflich ist der Blick auf den See, den wir in vollen Zügen genossen haben. Selbst unser jugendlicher Sohn war absolut begeistert! Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und alles ist sehr gepflegt, im Garten gab es Gurken und Salat für den eigenen Bedarf zu ernten. Francesca hat auf alle Anfragen umgehend geantwortet. Der Ort ist kein Tourismusort, sondern sehr ursprünglich, das sollte beachtet sein. Zum Baden sind wir gerne nach Porlezza an den schönen, schattenbietenden Strand gefahren (ca. 15 min mit dem Auto). Die Umgebung um den See ist malerisch schön! Besonders viel Spaß hat uns das Mieten des Bootes (in Cima, 10 min zu fahren) gemacht, was ohne Bootsführerschein auf dem italienischen Gewässer möglich ist. Einzige Einschränkung: Da es sehr warm war, haben wir mit geöffneten Fenstern geschlafen. Die Uferstraße ist ab 6 Uhr morgens doch sehr zu hören, was schon manchmal geweckt hat. Wir geben deshalb 9 von 10 Punkten!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Traum Ausblick, direkt auf den See. Perfekt ausgestattet. Tolle Lage, um auch den Comer See und Lago Maggiore zu erkunden. Auch Wanderungen lassen sich direkt vom Haus aus machen. Jederzeit gerne wieder….

Tolle Ferienwohnung in fast perfekter Lage

Das Haus ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet und tiptop gepflegt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht (auch z.B. Salz, ein Wasserkocher und ein Toaster) und alles ist blitzblank sauber und in Schuss. Der Blick von den Zimmern aus auf den See ist traumhaft, die Äpfel aus dem "eigenen" Garten sind lecker und das Stand Up Paddling mit dem hauseigenen Brett macht Spaß. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: die Lage des Hauses am steilen Hang bedingt, dass man gut zu Fuß sein sollte und dass es (speziell beim einsetzenden Berufsverkehr morgens) recht laut ist. Aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist auch das verschmerzbar.

Super Haus mit Panoramablick

Das Haus liegt an einem Hang, man hat von der Terrasse, als auch vom Balkon einen phänomenalen Ausblick auf den Luganersee. Es ist außerdem sehr gut ausgestattet, dass hat man schon häufig anders erlebt. Der Aufenthalt sowie die Kommunikation im Vorfeld waren auch mehr als gut. Wir würden das Haus an alle die gut zu Fuss sind, da man nicht bis vor das Haus fahren kann, ohne Einwände weiterempfehlen!

Geräumiges und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattetes Haus mit Panoramablick

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und von innen und außen sehr schön gestaltet und eingerichtet. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren sehr gut. Der Blick von den Terrassen auf den See ist toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück liegt in zweiter Reihe und ist von der Straße durch eine schmale Gasse zu erreichen. Zur Eingangstür legt man gut 20 Stufen zurück. Einen Parkplatz haben wir meistens nicht gegenüber bei der Bar Simona, aber immer problemlos ein Stück weiter auf dem Parkdeck bekommen. Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, von der man den Schlüssel bekommt, ist sehr nett, wohnt gleich nebenan, spricht aber wirklich nur italienisch. Trotzdem klappte die Verständigung.

Gemütliches Haus mit einem sehr schönen Blick auf den Luganer See

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Der See lädt zur Abkühlung ein und er ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Abends noch einen Aperol Spritz in der Bar Simona Baila und der Tag war perfekt. Zum Einkaufen ging es nach Porlezza, wo es auch sehr gute Restaurants gibt und natürlich das italienische Eis!

Einfach nur super, sehr empfehlenswert

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Silvana vor Ort, enorm freundlicher SMS Kontakt mit Frau Liebi! Das Haus ist geräumig, sehr sauber, gut ausgerüstete Küche, ein wunderschöner Garten, prächtige Aussicht, Gratisparkplatz. Alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!! A beautiful place to stay at Lake Lugano.

For obe week we stayed in a well equipped house beautiful located at lake Lugano. Sitting at the balcony you have a beautiful view over the lake. The owner provides a parking permit, so no worries about that. The house is a perfect place to discover the surroundings of lake Lugano. Communication with the owner Franscesca went smoothly. We were welcomed by mrs. Silvana, who takes care of the property. Thanks Fransesca (and Silvana) for providing such a nice opportunity to stay at lake Lugano.

Tolles Haus in wundervoller Umgebung

Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig und hat zwei klasse Balkons. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an Nichts. Der Steg mit direktem Seezugang ist nur wenige Minuten vom Haus entfernt und ist perfekt zum Springen/Schwimmen. Einen Parkplatz haben wir zum Glück immer bekommen, obwohl Hauptsaison war. Das einzige was ich etwas störend fand, war der Krach von den Autos insbesondere am frühen Morgen ( Hat außer mir aber niemanden in der Familie gestört). Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Beautiful and comfortable house, nice views

We stayed for two weeks in the lovely house of Francesca. The house is very nice, clean, spacious and has a beautiful view on the lake. We enjoyed swimming every day, enjoyed the SUP, trips to Lugano, up the hills around the lake etc. You can easily drive to lovely Italian places, Lugano is also just a 15 minutes drive away. Communication with Francesca was very smooth, we just loved it all.

Super Haus, traumhafter Blick aus allen Zimmern, hell, geräumig, sauber, liebevoller Garten,.

Alles wunderbar - mit ganz wenigen Einschränkungen: (Luxusproblemchen ;-)) Keine Spülmaschine. Parkplatzmangel. Sehr befahrene und frühmorgens laute Straße unterhalb. Statt Strand Steg mit relativ steiler Leiter. - aber an perfektem Wasser :-) Dazu nette Betreuung durch Signora Marzola! Mille Grazie!

Sehr schönes Haus in wunderbarer Umgebung!

Wir haben eine entspannende Urlaubswoche in Albogasio verbringen können. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl im Haus und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Steg im Ort eignet sich hervorragend zum Baden und ist in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen, eine Bar - alles in der Nähe. Einzig das Parken erfordert etwas Geduld. Das Domizil ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Im Großen und Ganzen top!

Das Haus ist super! Modern ausgestattet, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch als es geregnet hat sind wir uns in dem großen Haus nicht auf die Nerven gegangen. 😉 Der Ort ist sehr malerisch. Hier einfach mal zu Fuß in jede Richtung und man entdeckt wunderschöne Plätze! Ok, einen Parkplatz zu bekommen war immer eine Herausforderung, aber wir haben immer irgendwo parken können! Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub!

Tolles Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Herausforderung ist allerdings der Weg zum Haus mit Koffern. Für Menschen mit körperlicher Beeinträchtigung sicher schwierig. Die nahegelegene Bar ist recht laut. Achtung beim Parken, die Polizei verteilt fleißig Strafzettel.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, vorallem war es sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man hat vom Balkon aus einen tollen Blick auf den See und eine wunderschöne Aussicht in die beeindruckende Umgebung. Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas problematisch vorallem am Wochenende. Unseren Fahrradträger mussten wir auch abmontieren und auf dem Grundstück abstellen sonst hätten wir in keine Parklücke gepasst. In der Kultbar Simona gleich nebenan gibt es den bessten Espresso und lecker frische Crossings schon ab früh 7 Uhr, allerdings geht der Barbetrieb auch bis weit in die Nacht. Das Feriendomizil können wir mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
