2400 square foot, 3 bed, 2.5 bath home on private 6 acre lot in great area just minutes from Soldotna. Big windows and great views from all rooms. Lots of safe, private parking, room to turn around a boat, and decks with firepit and grill. First floor master bedroom with two closets and full bathroom, another half bath downstairs, and two bedrooms with 3rd bathroom upstairs. Built in 1996, well maintained, and kitchen and master bath have been fully remodeled in last couple years. New listing on VRBO, but we have Superhost status on Air b nb

Why they chose this property
This is a big, spacious lot with lots of privacy. Built in such a way you can't see the neighbors, but have a view for miles. It's well stocked ( we actually live here:) and well maintained.
